Great quality stainless steel. Installed ourself, fairly easy. Needed a 22 1/2 degree elbow. Don't make them so ordered 15 degree. Delivery by FedEx was delayed several times. Was not happy about that, needed a fire. Got it all hooked up. Works like new wood burner! Good to go for next 30 yrs! Thanks Vermont Fireside Chimney

Great product, it met our expectations, the liner was was easy to install. It came about 1 week earlier than we expected based on the shipping estimate! Only negative was that the foil tape was missing from the insulation kit.

Cover fit great. I called a couple times and they addressed my concerns each time. I never replaced a chimney cover before and did not realize the storm collar did not seal on the bottom around the cover. I made some adjustments to the cover collar due to my misunderstanding. A cartoon on how the storm cover fits would have been nice.

I received my chimney chase cover from Fireside Chimney Supply and it was configured exactly as I expected. It had all the features I requested and the quality of workmanship was much appreciated. When I got it up on the roof and did a test-fit over my chimney cap, I was amazed at how perfectly it lined up and the fit is very snug. I have not yet secured it but in the past few days, we have had some very high winds and stormy weather and I did not hear any noise form the cover banging into chimney. The fit was that perfect. Honestly, it was like putting on a fitted glove.

All our rigid liners are OD measurements as would be most hard pipe — Hopefully you will be able to make this work for your situation. Bill

Everywhere else pipe is measured ID. tubing is measured OD. You would have more satisfied customers if your product was consistent with other manufacture's measurements. Don

Bill; I guess I should have explained that I intended to put the pipe inline, from the reducer up to a Selkirk stove pipe adapter, which is a bit smaller than 8鈥?so the pipe will slide up over it about 16 inches for adjustment. I鈥檓 used to getting 8鈥?pipe that is 8鈥?inside diameter, although this pipe has a 2鈥?expansion it isn鈥檛 enough to install the reducer and have a adequate seal once you seat the reducer. The 6鈥?is the same way.
I鈥檓 more than happy with the workmanship of the pipes but if they were measured inside they would be perfect.

No written instructions included, luckily found several utube videos that covered this installation.

Customer service was great. He gives me intructions step by step to figure out what I needed to order. It arrived quickly, was easy to install and is working. All perfect!

The Vacu-stack unit works as advertised, i have tried it out on 3 very windy days ( the wind direction was different each day ) and it worked well each time.

I am a GC and we work in a town where we have to work with over 100 year old homes. as you all know there is no such thing as standards when dealing with these buildings. I simply sent a drawing and dimensions to them and they gave me a call to confirm. it came early then expected. it was a perfect fit with designed 1/4" gap. nice workmanship and material. our client was happy I was happy what else do you want from a job.
