I ordered a Fitbit in March 2016. I never received it and am out $107.90. Can never get anyone on the phone, repeated emails saying it was coming and yet never received it. Also, my refund that they say has been processed never has shown up in any of my statements. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

This is seriously the worst place to buy from. I ordered a fitbit on July 9th, it is now July 30th and I have yet to receive my item! Every time I contact them, they give me some bull crap story telling me it will be delivered by the end of this week and that week and I still have not got my item in the mail. I have told them several times I want a refund and they just avoid that option. I finally disputed it with PayPal and am waiting to receive a refund. Beware! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

If there was a rating for zero, that would be my rating. I ordered a Fitbit from FW electronics on June 9th. It is now July 24th and I have no refund and no Fitbit. I have contacted them 3 times, once by phone and twice by email and I have not received a response. I am in the process of disputing it through PayPal. Do not by from this company, they are a scam!

I ordered on 7/4/16 and received an email stating my order was shipped on 7/6/16. After a few days, I inquired if there was a tracking number and they told me no, but my items would be delivered by 7/20/16. I inquired again on 7/21/16 after no delivery. I was told they were escalating with USPS to get a tracking number. A day later, after another email, I was given a tracking number, which had a ship date of 7/22/16! THAT IS TWO DAYS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED!!!!! I followed the tracking number and it went from Encino, CA to West Palm Beach, FL. I live near Houston, TX, so I thought that was a little weird, but continued to follow and it was delivered this morning, to someone in Fort Pierce, FL! I ask for my money back and heard nothing from Fire Wire Media in a timely manner. I had to dispute the charge with PayPal in order get a refund. These people are shady and I recommend everyone BEWARE!! I will NEVER order from them again and i recommend NO ONE ELSE ORDER FROM THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not even dispute my claim with PayPal, so they knew they were in the wrong.

I would never recommend this company EVER!!!! I ordered a Fitbit HR. Was told that it was shipped and would arrive on a certain date, they provided me a tracking number after trying to get ahold of someone by phone multiple times, no return calls but oh they would sure email you back, no apology at all for anything. Then they give me tracking and it says it's delivered to a different state! Demanded a refund and they said 5-7 days. Still no refund!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a FitBit HR on 6-21-16. I was told twice the item HAD shipped and I would get it by next week!! Luckily I went through PayPal to pay for it. PayPal opened a dispute 5 hours ago. FW didn't try to claim my item was mailed. The company refunded the $$.

I purchased 2 FitBit charge HR's from "FW Electronics, AKA: Fire Wire Electronics website after much review and research because they had such a great deal on the open box FitBit HR in black (I did not want any other color) as well as offered free shipping. Most of the reviews were pretty good with the exception of time it takes to receive your order. I was happy to wait since the shipping would be free and the product would be black. They offered quite a good discount compared to other retailers for the black fitbit charge HR's.

After placing my order, there was no option to choose free shipping even though it clearly stated that to be an option. Either way, it was still a great deal, so I proceeded to pay for shipping. At the time of order placement, I received a confirmation on 5/18/2016 and was directed that the products would be shipped and received with in 7-10 days via USPS. Money was taken from my account very quickly. 12 days later, on 5/31/2016 I requested a status of my purchase. I tried to call them but got an answering machine. I emailed them and then got an answer of it was shipped on 5/21/2016 and that the products should be received by 6/5/2016.

On 6/7/2016, I again tried to call to get a status update, got the answering machine and again emailed. This time I was told that it should be arriving that day as the date of delivery was scheduled for 6/7/2016. I was further told that the package should arrive by 6/7/ or 6/8/2016.

On 6/9/16 I emailed again and was told it would arrive within 48 hours. It took 23 days to get the 2 fitbit charge HR's. Then, one of them arrived with no charger, I immediately ordered an additional charger from Amazon since dealing with this company was so difficult, it was just easier to get the charger elsewhere. Ultimately, the fitbit that arrived with no charger will not sync to the phone. The other fitbit works just fine. However, not even the Fitbit support can help get this dern thing to work. I was going to return the non-working fitbit, but found that was not a possibility as per FW Electronics return policy.I have done everything to make this fitbit work with my phone, as has 2 other people, incase I was too stupid to figure out how to make the second fitbit work. (I HAD NO PROBLEMS SETTING UP THE FIRST ONE!). After all, what good is it if you cant use it on your phone? The purpose is to improve your health!

So basically, I paid for 2 fitbits and ended up with one that works. I have nothing but regret for this purchase of $240 and change; that does not include the additional charger that I had to purchase separately from Amazon.

Whenever I think of this purchase I get very angry and disgusted! I do not know what to do other than leave the idiot fitbit sitting on my bathroom counter to remind me everyday that purchases should only be made from reputable companies and ALWAYS read the return policies for any purchases. This has been a very expensive lesson and not one I would wish on anyone so please, don't be so frugal, it is worth the extra money it would cost to order what you want and get it when you are expecting it and additionally getting a product that works!

We bought a Fitbit for $198.95. And mistakenly returned it. Only to have essentially the "lost in the mail" BS. Months later I guess I give. I hope these people have to use my dollars on their bail.

Should've read the reviews on here before purchasing. i was trying to order a fitbit charge HR for fathers day and even talked to someone before ordering and since it was only 1.5 weeks before he told me to go ahead and do priority which is 3-5 days. after 5 days i emailed and then they tried to tell me it was 5-7 days and assured me it would arrive in the next 2 days. 1 week later and still hasn't even shipped so i had to file a claim through paypal and now have to shop for a last minute fitbit for fathers day. thank god i used paypal because im pretty sure i would be screwed!

As of right now, I am afraid I will never see my refund of $216.99 (which is a lot of money to me). The item was actually returned to me opened and I returned it EXACTLY as it was received. I didn't even open the box because I decided on another tracker from another company before I even received the one from FireWire. I returned my item via USPS and it was delivered to the company on 3/17/16. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times to try to find out when I would see the refund. They responded to some of my emails promising me that the refund had been issued (first back to my PayPal account on 3/24/16 which I never received, second via certified check that was supposed to be sent on 4/7/16 which I still have not received). I have filed a complaint with PayPal and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ASAP. Since I have saved all of the emails, I'm hoping I will get somewhere with them. Please do not buy from them if you think you may have to return something for some reason.

Ordered Fitbit on 1/25/16. After a month , when I called then they said that item was shipped .i have cancelled the order and supposed to get my money back . After 2 weeks I have still not received my money back. I do not believe that is real company , their customer support is gmail address. please file report through FBI for being scammed . Go to fbi.gov and file an online claim .
