I ask for my money back and heard nothing from Fire Wire Media in a timely manner. I had to dispute the charge with PayPal in order get a refund. These people are shady and I recommend everyone BEWARE!! I will NEVER order from them again and i recommend NO ONE ELSE ORDER FROM THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not even dispute my claim with PayPal, so they knew they were in the wrong.

After placing my order, there was no option to choose free shipping even though it clearly stated that to be an option. Either way, it was still a great deal, so I proceeded to pay for shipping. At the time of order placement, I received a confirmation on 5/18/2016 and was directed that the products would be shipped and received with in 7-10 days via USPS. Money was taken from my account very quickly. 12 days later, on 5/31/2016 I requested a status of my purchase. I tried to call them but got an answering machine. I emailed them and then got an answer of it was shipped on 5/21/2016 and that the products should be received by 6/5/2016.
On 6/7/2016, I again tried to call to get a status update, got the answering machine and again emailed. This time I was told that it should be arriving that day as the date of delivery was scheduled for 6/7/2016. I was further told that the package should arrive by 6/7/ or 6/8/2016.
On 6/9/16 I emailed again and was told it would arrive within 48 hours. It took 23 days to get the 2 fitbit charge HR's. Then, one of them arrived with no charger, I immediately ordered an additional charger from Amazon since dealing with this company was so difficult, it was just easier to get the charger elsewhere. Ultimately, the fitbit that arrived with no charger will not sync to the phone. The other fitbit works just fine. However, not even the Fitbit support can help get this dern thing to work. I was going to return the non-working fitbit, but found that was not a possibility as per FW Electronics return policy.I have done everything to make this fitbit work with my phone, as has 2 other people, incase I was too stupid to figure out how to make the second fitbit work. (I HAD NO PROBLEMS SETTING UP THE FIRST ONE!). After all, what good is it if you cant use it on your phone? The purpose is to improve your health!
So basically, I paid for 2 fitbits and ended up with one that works. I have nothing but regret for this purchase of $240 and change; that does not include the additional charger that I had to purchase separately from Amazon.
Whenever I think of this purchase I get very angry and disgusted! I do not know what to do other than leave the idiot fitbit sitting on my bathroom counter to remind me everyday that purchases should only be made from reputable companies and ALWAYS read the return policies for any purchases. This has been a very expensive lesson and not one I would wish on anyone so please, don't be so frugal, it is worth the extra money it would cost to order what you want and get it when you are expecting it and additionally getting a product that works!
