The unit itself is OK, but is lacking in siginal transmitting & receiving technology. Outside sources had the lift cycling on its own several times a day.
The main issue is customer support (lack of). Called Firgelli, explained the problem they told me the frequency could be changed by moving & resoldering wires to different contacts. I explained that altering a circuit board wasn't a strong point of mine, nor should I be the one fixing it.
The reply is classic, I'm quoting "go to a local technical school and find some dude to do it for you"
Really! Do yourself a favor and deal with professional outfit with mature & responsible staff.
The problem was eventually resolved by a local TV Tech. At my expense.

I would not recommend dealing with Firgelli, their staff is completely incompetent and doesn鈥檛 even take the time to actually comprehend the situation before providing a generic response. I purchase some items, one of which they shipped the incorrect item and the second an error on my part. It took numerous emails through the sales staff to get this rectified, to the point I was required to send a picture of the wrong part that was sent. Upon returning two rods at my expense for replacement they returned one. I emailed the sales staff providing a packing list and asked that the second rod be shipped overnight. Their response was they wouldn鈥檛 pay for the shipping and provided a link to reorder the item, mind you my credit card payment had already been charged three weeks prior. Through complete disgust and needing the part I provided a FedEx account for overnight shipping. Yet another email asking if I wanted it shipped ground or overnight. My response highlighted the previous email that stated I needed it overnight and suggested that the staff might want to take the time to actually read the emails and not just provide a generic response. The sales staff member returned an email stating I was being rude. Clearly competency and customer service is not a part of the company policy. As a business we had a dead-line to meet and this non-sense with Firgelli wreaked havoc on our business plan.

This site is best for Motion control products. Good quality product and excellent customer service.

After calling several times with no answer and no call back I assumed you were out of business! I finally figured how to solve the issue on my own. If you had someone answering your phones this could have been a favorable review and I would have sent photos and details of my Arduino controlled project! You really need to get in business or go out!

I recently purchased a TV lift for my TV that is located outside in a covered patio area. I had a few issues when I first received the lift and Firgelliauto responded with a new unit at no cost to me. The unit has work up to my expectations and I would recommend

Currently am desining and producing TV Lift systems using linear actuators and slides. In this case the slides came from firgeelelliauto and they have excelent quality for the price paid.

The whole experience from finding the product, ordering it and receiving it went smooth and easy.
We live in Australia so it took longer than normal as they had to obtain a 220-240V motor. I suggest you keep some in stock for future orders

I ordered online, the product arrived the next day, the quality of the actuator was much better than I have had from other online actuator retailers at the same price bracket. Thanks guys
