THE WORST!

Spent over 拢200 on an item on the 21st September, it came and was too big so had to return it but there was no return label or instructions. Instead I had to email them to find out what the process was, already long winded. The item had to be returned to Germany – at my own cost.

From the moment the item was delivered back to Firmament on around 24th September , I didn鈥檛 receive my refund until today (October 29th)!!!

I鈥檓 astonished it took more than a month for me to get my refund, I was constantly being ignored by their customer service team days on end with terrible excuses.

DO NOT purchase anything from here unless you want to be messed around should there be any problems.

Ordered a few pair of Nikes from them and delivered via courier to the UK pretty swiftly. Had one item lost by standard tracked postage so going forward I would only order larger value items from them (which would be couriered to you).

Well packaged goods though and polite customer service.

The shop has a nice selection but the handling of orders and support messages is completely random and unreliable. I placed two orders and the last placed arrived first and on time and the first placed didn't arrive until many support messages (through different channels, some answered others left unanswered) later and not within the promised time span. The people there seems friendly and all but they could definitely run a tighter ship.
