I bought glasses and they were the wrong PD. My fault. Firmoo did issue me a refund but I guess they expire. I'm pretty disappointed to lose $65 on glasses that I can't wear.
Plus their try on feature is horrible.
If you buy glasses from them, you can't return them. They will issue you a refund to buy another pair and suggest you donate the ones that didn't work. The refund is only good for about a month or two, come to find out.

Aside from loving my new glasses, I could not be more pleased with the 1 on 1 customer service I received from Allison when I emailed Firmoo about my lense coating. Not only was I able to keep them after realizing I could use them for certain situation, but Allison still sent me a coupon to order a more comfortable pair for everyday use. I am thrilled and will most definitely be ordering from Firmoo again, and again.

Excellent service thus far. Much better than any other glass company I have dealt with. They really work with you if you are unhappy with your glasses. They consistently have wonderful sales. The try on feature is great and the glasses have been quality. I also love that tons of people upload pics with their glasses on. It is really helpful in judging how my glasses will look. More than any i've seen on a glasses website.

Well worth the money for a great, quality pair of glasses. They even came with a protective case and microfiber cleaning cloth. Unfortunately, I chose a pair of frames that are way to big for my face. But I鈥檒l definitely try ordering a different pair from them that might suit me better, especially since the price is so reasonable.

My experience has been great. First time ordering glasses from them and I messed up on my prescription. I received a credit to order new ones with the right script and was asked to donate the other glasses. Great customer service!! Will be giving firmoo my business.

I am so grateful for their great customer service. I am amazed at how quick and efficient their communication was. I wish there was a way to thank them physically.
I was able to get a coupon to cover all costs of my glasses. Unfortunately, I recently heard about the blue lighting lenses. So I was only able to get 2 glasses (1 with blue lighting & 1 regular) with upgrades. It was nice of them to accommodate my glasses. Mahalo!

A great, smooth experience. I ordered my glasses (turned sunglasses) on April 9th and they came today, April 17th. They're in perfect condition, exactly as pictured online. Lightweight with a really pretty rose gold colour. My order even came with extras I wasn't expecting, like a cute hard-shelled case, and a little adjustments kit. Definitely ordering from here again!

I love my new glasses! They are just great and I鈥檓 so happy they finally came! I was sad that I thought they were blue with floral, but they are just perfect!! I love them black with floral and a little different for me. I will be getting all of my glasses with them! They are fast and easy! Thank you for such a great deal for being a first time customer!!

I've had now 5 pairs of glasses from Firmoo and every single one has been amazing. The customer service, shipping time, and overall process is always super quick and easy. I honestly would never buy from another glasses online store.

I've ordered from them twice now. The glasses are excellent, stylish and reasonably priced. They don't take much more time to arrive than glasses from the opticians.

I made a mistake on the order form with my second pair of glasses. I inputed my pupillary distance as 55 not 65. They noticed it and emailed me for confirmation immediately. That saved me from wasting money on glasses that would have been no use.

I'd recommend them to anyone after decent glasses at a reasonable price. The glasses case is pretty nice too.
