Useless.
If I could leave no stars I would.
I would warn anyone looking at moving into a property managed by First Step (part of Belvoir) to avoid if you want functioning amenities…lift broken for 6 months and counting from the date of reporting, secure car park gate broken for 4 months and counting and the front door to the block being inaccessible (meaning entry by the back gate only) for 2-3 months and counting.
