Hands down the worst hosting company I've ever dealt with. Terrible support.
At the beginning of July, I gave up on them after 3-4 weeks of trying to resolve a problem, I then decided to transfer my domain name. First choice hosting were completely uncooperative and wouldn't give me my domain name back. I had to go straight to nominet and initiate a transfer with them, costing me again.
Today, first choice hosting have just charged me for early domain transfer. So not only have they cost me money and set back my project launch with their incompetence, they've now charged me for moving to a host that knows what they are doing – and PayPal won't refund it. Unbelievable.
I've wasted money and a lot of time on this awful hosting provider, don't do the same
