I have been using FFF's services for almost three years. Their customer service is stellar, the entire staff is so friendly and inviting. I am overall satisfied with the meals offered, I always feel like the meals are clean and very palatable! I am hoping they add more plant-based proteins as offerings in the future. The website is a breeze to navigate. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to eat clean and convenient!

My husband and I have been enjoying meals from Fit Food Fresh for several years now. We affectionately refer to them as F "cubed" (F3). We have several dietary restrictions and F3 delivers healthy, gluten-free, nutritious meals reliably and safely. The food is delicious and the people are AMAZING. They've become like family to us and have been instrumental in keeping us safe and healthy during this challenging time. Everyone at F3 that we've had contact with has been efficient and friendly, but we especially love Andrew. We're busy professionals and don't have a lot time to cook, but thanks to F3 we can still enjoy homemade delicious meals every day. We love you, F3. You're the BEST!!!

I've been ordering from here for a few years now, and they do not disappoint! There's a lot of variety and their portions large. Of course, the food tasty, but the customer service is great. They do a little bit extra that no one else does. For example, I wasn鈥檛 feeling good one day when I went to pick up my food and they added a soup for me and a note that said to feel better. It鈥檚 those little things that makes me a loyal customer at FFF. Highly recommend !

Tasty Vegan Food! Lots of vegan/vegetarian options!

My wife is nursing and due to our baby鈥檚 sensitive digestive system had to go dairy-free. My wife, baby and I traveled to South Florida with my wife鈥檚 family, who were already vegetarian and now eat mostly vegan. We ordered Fit Food Fresh while staying in Florida and were blown away by the amount of vegan and vegetarian options. Andrew at Fit Food Fresh suggested several dishes and we took his advice and so glad we did. Each one was flavorful and filling. I didn鈥檛 even miss meat at that meal. I highly recommend Fit Food Fresh and will definitely be ordering again next time we visit Florida.

Delicious, healthy, and safe delivery! When states began re-opening, I took a trip to visit family in south Florida. I was still very nervous about Coronavirus. I鈥檇 seen Fit Food Fresh (FFF) on Instagram and decided to try it. Andrew at FFF recommended several meals that met my family鈥檚 dietary requirements (some are vegan). Each meal was delicious and everyone was happy. It鈥檚 been three weeks now and none of us have any coronavirus symptoms so the food delivery was safe. It鈥檚 nice to have a healthy, tasty, and safe option out there when you get sick of cooking but you are not comfortable going out to eat yet. Thanks Fit Food Fresh!

I can鈥檛 recommend Fit Food Fresh highly enough. I work long hours and this service has provide a convenient, Healthy and DELICIOUS solution for me. The menu is constantly changing so after 2 years, I still finding new meals to try and enjoy. Customer service is fantastic- ask for Andrew!

I have been very pleasantly surprised indeed by Fif Food Fresh meals. I am not on a diet so perhaps I will add a few new potatoes or extra veggies but in my case only because it's the main meal of the day for me, Add a nice glass of wine with one of their very tasty meals and enjoyment is complete. They are all very appetising and full of flavour I can guarantee and just like home prepared meals should taste like, delicious! I specially like there vegan sausage and onions, and sweet potato cottage pie. Fit Food Fresh meals come in strong plastic containers and are very well wrapped and boxed up. Delivery is always on time and they keep in touch with you by text messaging the morning of delivery. Jess whom I have been in contact with recently could not have been more helpful. I wish this company continued success in their Food Fresh delivery meals business and thank you very much. Keep up the good work!!

This is a good program. Like the last reviewer, I am also not a fan of grocery shopping. Having these little meals delivered directly to my door helps me eat healthily, and helps me not to over-eat! The food is OKAY. I wouldn't go so far as to say delicious but it is good across the board. I've only been with them for 3 or 4 months, and I could see myself using it for a few more. There are also other good alternatives though.

Seriously a life changer! I hate going grocery shopping! And if I cooked I wasn鈥檛 thrilled about eating left overs for a whole week. Not to mention I鈥檓 a very picky eater, and I don鈥檛 like to eat bland food. These meals are amazingly DELICIOUS. It鈥檚 fresh, healthy and TASTY. The food is YUMMY and if you are worried about eating bland food, they have that issue solved!!! There is almost always a little container of salsa, guac, chimichurri, tzatziki, or some kind of sauce, you name it they have created a homemade version! Those little containers just take everything up to a whole other level. These meals leave me feeling full, energetic and happy! No more being 鈥渉angry鈥?for me! 🙂

Now for comparison I have tried at least 8 different companies over the years in South Florida and by far this is the best. Issues I have had with other companies are literally non existent with fit food fresh. The meals come in insulated bags with ice packs in really nice tightly sealed containers. So you don鈥檛 have to worry about leaks or repacking your food to take to lunch with you. Delivery has always been another big issue with other companies Bc I work all crazy hours, am never home, and work in many different locations. So what I love is that they are so dependable, when I wake up in the morning my meals are always there waiting on me! Did I mention I hate going to the grocery store… problem solved!!! 🙂

I have been with fit food fresh for almost 2 years now, the food is delicious, it鈥檚 easy, and I don鈥檛 have to shop or cook. My biggest issue now is which meal am I going to eat first!!! This company is the best hands down. 🙂

I'm not one to do review…but I've been with FFF for a while now..simply the best the freshest and the most delicious recipe ever…lisa Kennedy …. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

UPDATE 2: Been using the service for over 4 years now and still loving it for all of the reasons below and of course CONSISTENCY as well. Considering I have had approximately 2,000 meals delivered to my house it is amazing how few mistakes have been made. I can't remember the last error, probably over a year ago, and they have always gone out of their way to correct a mistake, no matter how small.

UPDATE: About seven months in and still loving the service. The menu changes regularly and is consistently good food that I feel good about eating. (Instead of the fast food junk I used to eat for lunch or the same-old sodium-filled whatever I used eat for dinner.) Portions are still a good size and the service has been consistently great. I can skip a week if I'm out of town or just need a break and there's always someone available if I have questions.

ORIGINAL: Been using the service for over two months now. Consistently good food and great variety. My coworkers are jealous every day at lunch time and I don't have to worry about where to go or getting tired of eating the same thing over and over again. It's cheaper than most lunch restaurants as well. Some meals are big enough for my wife and I to share at dinner time. And she loves it because she only has to cook for the baby now. Fewer dishes to clean now, too. Highly recommended.
