I ordered my food 6 months ago and as soon as I got the message about their delay in delivery and problems in production, I stated that I want the money refund. After several assurances that I will get my refund and that the case will be looked into further, I did not get any more information, nor the money refund. I am still hoping to get my money back, because so far it seems like FitnessFood is simply a fraud business.

I ordered a month of food packs about a month ago, and I鈥檝e never seen any food. I鈥檝e had conversations with a guy who declared problems with moving factories and he has promised a refund twice (the first time he 鈥榣ost鈥?my name), and I鈥檝e had emails from a different person promising a refund, but no refund has happened. I鈥檓 VERY disappointed! They shouldn鈥檛 be taking orders that they know they can鈥檛 fulfill, that sounds like fraud to me. What鈥檚 going on?

Candidly, I think the company is undergoing some unexplained issues which is actually telling on their customers; quite unfortunate, they should put their hands on deck and up the game before it goes out of control. Costumers deserves the best of services which is very Paramount

This has been my worst experience with online shopping so far! And I do A LOT of online shopping!! This company is extremely unprofessional and it's completely unacceptable how they treat their customers.

I have ordered the "M氓ltider med 1400 KCAL i 5 dage" food package on Monday, April 22, 2019. My food never arrived and I didn't receive any notification with an explanation, so I wrote them on Thursday, May 02, 2019 explaining that I never received the food and asked for my money back. I didn't get a response but later on the same day (at 23:18 to be more precise), I got a message explaining that the food was delayed and if I wanted a refund I needed to write them back.

So, I replied to that email asking for a refund on May 03. No response. On May 12, I wrote again. No response. Then I called them on the week of May 13. They told me that they were working on it and that he had my email opened and that finance would contact me right away to send me a refund and a discount code if I wanted to order again in the future. It's been one week and I still have not heard from them with my refund. I tried calling them again today but nobody answered.

It's been more than a month since I ordered the meal package with them and still no meal nor refund. This is a complete scam!!! I feel completely ripped off.

UPDATE: I managed to speak with them today and they guaranteed that my refund will be available tomorrow.
