I ordered 2 left roller guards for my treadmill on their website. Their part numbers are 6037953 and 2277580. I received the parts and they clearly sent me left roller guards. They have their parts marked incorrectly. The numbers molded right into the part 191841 and 192015 (even when entered into their website) come back to left roller guards. I have sent a dozen photo's to them showing them this is clearly inventoried incorrectly, they refuse to accept they clearly sent me the wrong parts, will not return my money or send me the correct parts I paid for. I have filed a claim with the MO Attorney Generals office and if you also feel you were defrauded I would recommend that you do the same.

Thank you for being there. Our treadmill has to be twenty years old and while moving, the plastic spacers between metal base and handles were destroyed. We need this machine so, searched the net and found your site. Great experience! Part arrived and we are now back using our winter exercise tool.

Both treadmill belt adjusting bolts snapped. Could only find exact bolts for replacement at Fitness Repair Parts. Also wanted to replace 20 year old treadmill belt. Found exact belt I needed here. Very complete online catalog of available parts made it easy to find what I was looking for. I will check here first next time I need parts. Delivery of good was fast…even though it was Christmas season.

In November 2020, I ordered a cable assembly 鈥?specific part number, specific length, and specific cable ends 鈥?as specified by the FRP website part description and image. But, FRP shipped a different part number that had a different length and different cable ends. I called FRP for an RA# and since FRP shipped an incorrect part, I requested reimbursement of the full purchase price return shipping costs. To my amazement, not only did RFP refuse to reimburse for the return shipping costs, FRP withheld a 20% restocking fee from the refund.

BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging product ordered is not what is received, failure to send replacement parts, failure to issue refunds, and poor customer service. On April 10, 2018, BBB sent a letter to Fitness Repair Parts with its concerns. The company responded on June 24, 2020鈥? Note: FRP took over 2 years to reply to the BBB complaint. Apparently, FRP extends the BBB the same poor respect that it provides its customers. FRP is not BBB accredited for obvious reasons.

1 – They never send the order (tracking show as "label created"… UPS is waiting for 1 month now)
2 – When you contact them by phone, they say… "We will open a ticket" and they never call you back (3 weeks now)
3 – When you chat by internet, they "open" a ticket too.
4 – when you open a ticket by yourself on the internet, it does not work.. (you do not receive any confirmation, it seems broken too…)

So …70$ lost… who's next?

Wow….wish I would have read reviews before ordering. The website information is scant, but it did bring up my machine and said these were the grips that would fit it. I knew the diameter, but it is not listed on the site. Assuming that they were going to send me the correct grips, I ordered. When they arrived, completely useless because they don't fit. I called the company, and they told me I would be responsible for the freight back. Places like this give me the creeps. I would take your business elsewhere!

I ordered a cable for my weight machine. It came fast enough so I give it a star. Problem is that the cable was one inch too long and would not fit. Granted, I waited too long to inspect and install the part, so I am SOL on any sort of refund or replacement. My fault, but I think that THEY don鈥檛 inspect the parts that they sell. Apparently I鈥檓 not the only one who has had this problem. I should have read the reviews. It鈥檚 one thing if I had ordered the wrong part, but they sent a part that was wrong and will not do anything about it. I would NOT buy from this company again.

I ordered a motor to replace the incline motor on my treadmill. The big gear inside it is split in half. The motor was suppose to be identical but noticed the electrical connection different then the model number was even slightly different. Then I find out the motor is broken but the gear broken in mine intact so I buy a plastic gear for $100 because the motorist the wrong one and it is broke

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I ordered a drive belt from them for my stationary bike. They sent me the wrong belt but insisted it would fit. It was 1in too short and I could hardly pedal with it. After much communication and photos sent, they said it would "stretch". The belt they sent was $20 but the one I ordered was $64. I returned it and they said they would charge 20% restock fee on the $64 even though they sent me the $20 belt. I was even more pissed when I found the same belt at polybelt.com for $10.

Item: Front roller
I read the reviews and will admit to much anxiety with my order. Prior to my order with Fitnessrepairparts, I tried a cheap repair of a sleeve glued to the roller (different vendor), and the cheap repair failed in three weeks.
That said, the front roller was correct for my True 500 Treadmill and was a genuine new part from True Fitness. Though this roller did seem to be from a newer series, as instead of having the made to fail vinyl gripper material it had two areas of knurling. It was the correct size and had all the correct components and works well. Now I can get a few more years out of the treadmill.
The part shipped out very quickly.

I cancelled the order through their online ticket service immediately after ordering But they didn鈥檛 check their system for three days. They shipped it anyway and will not refund. Horrible customer service and zero accountability. Sure they will respond to the contrary but I had proof, provided it, still nothing. Go somewhere else if you can. Really horrible company.

Was shipped the wrong part and was told had to pay 20% restocking fee and 30% inspection fee on a part i paid $262 for. Also claiming they never received the part after return and according to UPS, they received on July 2nd – more than 2 weeks ago. So if they find the returned part, they would only refund 50% of the cost even though i was willing to repurchase another part. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Sent the wrong parts a month after I ordered them. Refuse to refund my purchase telling me they'll need restocking fees FOR THEIR MISTAKE! When you email them they want you to send photos (I did) and more photos (I did again – everything they told me to do) and more photos (I gave up) . It's just a scam runaround. Unbelievably bad customer service and basically a complete ripoff. As you can obviously see the running boards they sent me are NOT what is on the machine. And this photo (along with 5 more were sent to them). Avoid them.
