I know everyone is having shipping delays and package issues but Fitzulas was amazing. I had ordered a $#*!ens Village piece for a gift back from Macy's back in November. After receiving a "shipped"notice, no one could figure out whether or not it had truly shipped. Now it was mid -December and I had to request a refund. I thought I would never receive anything on time. This girl who answered the phones Fitzulas was amazing. With her help, I figured out a new piece and unbelievably, it showed up the very next day! I can't wait for Covid to be over and take a drive to visit this amazing store! I highly recommend!

This is my second time. The first was easy and delivery was quick. The second time around was just as easy. After completing my order I discovered I one of the gifts I chose did not get placed in my cart so I did a separate order for it. Fitzula refunded the shipping cost and added it to the original order.

I ordered It's a Boy Gund Bear it was so cute and soft and the right size for a new born baby. Also, I didn't have to wait long for it. I ordered it and when I received it I remember thinking to myself "wow this was fast". I would purchase again. So happy with it!

My purchase arrived, the outside box was damaged, the jacket on the Dept. 56 accessory was damaged, but the inside comments were undamaged.
