The managers Are jerks and Liars

The service and customer service has dropped sadly over the past year. Now waiting over 10 minutes as they put down the phone and waiting to order, they forgot about us…..Then pickup up the phone 鈥渉ello鈥?and finally took the order. 鈥淚s that it鈥?he asks. Last name…. click…… Wonder when our order will be ready….. as it will surely be our last for the location on N Battlefield in Chesapeake VA. Sad!!

Just ordered lunch from Bellevue, NE location. Wow! Food was great and that restaurant went above and beyond with my order. You earned a customer. Highly recommend this location. You even beat the delivery time by 20 minutes. Thanks for looking out for your customers!

Wife placed carry out order to 5 guys as I was arriving at counter (been shopping at Home Depot). Girl who took order had just got off phone with wife tell fry cook 6 patties. Paid and waited inside and after 5 customers who ordered behind me left with their order approach male in black uniform who looked at ticket and handed it back. After they cooked it he called my name said "Sorry about that" and immediately turned so he could not get his ass chewing. I counted 7 employees in the restaurant which equaled or outnumbered the customers.
Due to city of Corpus Christi ordinance all employees and customers are required to wear masks which was posted at 5 guys door. Everyone there wearing mask, myself included, but one older lady was allowed to come in and order and leave with no mask. I know she had no mask because I opened the door for her since she was holding 2 plastic cups.
This is a systemic attitude of not giving a damn, since I went about a month ago and was short 2 of the 7 burgers. I realized about a half mile away so immediately returned to same store. I took in 1 bag, even though the burgers in bag had 2 missing in middle of sequence and returned to same cook that gave me the order. I had to go to truck to get receipt, then he said "Oh, there's a third bag . He handed me the bag, no apology, no thing but a 5 guys don't give a damn attitude.
Food is good, service is bad and attitude is the WORST.

The food is actually delicious but the customer service is terrible. I have a delivery driver for Door Dash and was just there to pick up an order. There were 4 or 6 employees in there while I stood there for almost 15 minutes without one single employee acknowledging my presence. I had to finally flag down a lady who looked like she was in charge and she was wearing a mask and I couldn鈥檛 understand whatever she said really fast before she ran off. I give them a 0 on customer service, the worst I鈥檝e ever seen. Please say hello to your customers and maybe they will come back next time.

Five Guys in Linden Market/Omaha, Nebraska. Absolutely nothing being done safety wise for customers. Community catsup, napkins, drinks, etc. Not one employee wearing a mask, no markings on the floor to remind people to social distance from each other and not one bottle of hand sanitizer. Was very disappointed and will not be returning. Apparently this location cares nothing about the safety of their customers.

Every single time I eat here I walk out the door shaking my head confused. How did they make my food so fast? Why did I get that many fries cooked to perfection? Why was everyone so friendly? How can I Burger possibly taste THAT good? And of course, why did I eat so much? I love this place!

We just left the Five Guys at NMB. Great burgers, but OMG. There is nothing being done for people eating inside or out. No sanitizers of any kind. They don't wipe off the tables between guests or give you something to do it yourself. You have to use a community coke machine. They have limited seating inside and ketchup packets now.
PS it's almost worth the visit just to get a bag of peanuts!

Not the best burger, way over priced, poor customer service rude employees. You can spend up to $20.00 on just one person. Over rated needs to cut prices in half. Need to add value meal or something like that.

Went to the five guys on Bethel ave. In muncie indiana 5/25/20 at 4pm and it was horrible they were a mess the gentlemen that looked like a manager cut out on them when it started getting busy. We didnt get the right order at all and when we told them we waited 25 minutes for nothing they had forgotten about us I guess.it was horrible every customer I would say at least 20 people were standing around waiting and it was one order e very 20 minutes some took way longer..shame on you if you were the manager leaving them to take care of all that. I seen you standing in the back talking ..not cool..

I hadn't had a Five Guys burger for many, many years. They've moved to Northern Colorado rather recently. I wasn't impressed all those years ago, but decided it was time to give them another try. The burger was better than I remembered, but at this price one should be able to order something other than American processed cheese. Unfortunately, we got caught in a "graduation parade" and the normal 20 minute round trip turned into 45 minutes. Of course our food was cold by the time we arrived home. This was not Five Guys fault. However, my other gripe with the food is that there's no way (that I saw) to have one's fries with no salt, lite salt, regular or heavy. There was way too much salt on the fries. I reheated them at high temperature and they were nice and crispy, but the salt was too much. IF the salt and cheese problems get resolved, I will rate them 4 Stars – Great.

People were clueless on THEIR menu!!!
They would not explain anything just have DUMB looks. Even after I said it was my first time there. NEVER coming back!!! Still not sure what there best burgers are or whatever they sell here. This place was highly recommended while I helped out with COVID in NY. Horrible customer service!! No one explained anything!! A bunch of employees yelling in the background, not sure if upset or normal atmosphere.

Not sure why some people like five guys I don't.

Don't order food from Five Guys..They will give you the wrong order.And say it's your fault.You should have done thing or that.You got the order wrong.And seems like you do it all the time.

We placed an on line order at Five Guys on Quandrar Rd in Alexandria Va today 5/10/20 for curbside pick up an hour later. We arrived and sent message on cell as requested and since we were a little early did not expect immediate service. However, when it was 15 minutes past time we called to find out about our order. The young woman who answered asked me for my name which I gave her then muttered something I did not understand and placed me on hold. She finally came back to phone and said it was ready???? Our order did not appear nor was there further contact from this person. After waiting another few minutes while they served other customers, it became apparent that there was a big problem. So trying to be understanding we continued to watch others walk up order and get their sacks. I called again to find out what the problem was and again was told order was ready. About 5 minutes later she finally brought the order out to car and when we pointed out that we had been waiting about 45 minutes and our food would be cold; her answer was that they had to do things differently…. what the???? Obviously!!!!! Of course the food was cold, drinks were warm and we will not be returning to this location. We had prepaid for our food or we we would have left. Bad service, worse attitude. If curb side delivery is beyond the abilities of staff then do not promise it or find staff that can deal with it. We are 2 months into this "new situation" so the bugs should be worked out by now. I try to be patient and had this been 15 minutes or so no biggie but we placed our order 1.5 hours before hand and waited 45 minutes after we got there. Would recommend that this particular restaurant close until it gets it act together.

YESTERDAY, I WAS VERY HUNGRY AND I DECIDED TO WANT FIVE GUYS BURGER AND FRIES. WELL CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS NICE TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT THE FOOD SERVICE WAS NOT RIGHT I ORDER LITTLE CHEESE BURGER WITH BACON WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO, PICKLE,ONIONS WITH EXTRA MAYO BUT ONCE I GOTTEN HOME IT WAS A DRY DAMN BURGER WITH TEN PICKLES NO DRESSING NO TOMATOES NO LETTUCE NO NUTTIN JUST TO GET TRASH IN THE GARBAGE THIS WAS $15.60 I lOST AND NEVER AGAIN I WILL NOT RETURN PERIOD:::!!!!

I dislike the restaurant cause they stuff their chips in the bags plus they are half peeled they have to hire professionals like ASAP…and rebuild the resturaunt and make it a bigger no rush just ughhhhh…….馃槵馃槵馃槵馃槵馃槵馃槵馃槵馃槵馃槵馃槵but the burgers arn't that bad but even though people aren't even with Mc.Donalds I would still say Mc.donalds is way better

Had been wanting to try five guys for awhile. Went a couple of weeks ago. So disappointed. Greasy burger with only one selection for cheese, greasy fries and a drink. Over $20. Never again. Ridiculously priced for the quality of the food.

We ordered burgers and fries for the first time today. The burgers were quite good. The fries…..are a different story. The taste was good but they were very greasy and limp. I was expecting crisp, flavorful, hot fries….not. We took them home and put them in a 370 degree air fried for about 5-7 minutes. Totally improved them. Sorry 5 guys.

Tonight I went to the five guys at the Martinsburg Wv off foxcroft ave. I have went there dozens of times and ordered a solo patty hamburger. It is like $1.50per patty. The patty is for my grandfather's dog. Tonight I was told by the girl manager that they can't sell me that because they are corrupt. Why can I go there dozens of times and ordered the same way and now I have to pay $5+for a burger. I think because she was too stupid to know how to ring it up on the cash register. Sadly I will not return to this location if any.

Food is just ok. One hot dog, small burger, 1 small fry and 2 small drinks = over $23.00. Ridiculous. Won鈥檛 be returning. Way overpriced.

I ordered through door dash and I had a cheeseburgar French fries and a salted Carmel shake best I've ever had.I didn't realize u have to order the fixings for your burgar but I did get pickles and I put ketchup on it still was awesome my only complaint would b the French fries had to much salt on them a little less they would b perfect but I still enjoyed my meal it cost 35 bucks but with tax and tip brought it up to that amount it cost to eat out especially delivery.

We went to Five Guys in Baxter yesterday. we ordered three burgers and on order of fries.
My burger was like a piece of cardboard with no taste. I order fried onions and there were only a few chopped up on the burger, The fries were way to salty to eat. This was was worst burger I have eaten. Our meal cost over 30 dollars and wasn't worth 5 dollars
