Five Star Properties And Bliss Beach Rentals

If there were a way to leave 1/2 of a star i would. I will try to be as honest as possible so i will give them a thumbs us far as the location, you couldn't ask for a better LOCATION to stay. We came at a very difficult time as far as the virus. We arrived there 2 days before the ban was lifted allowing condos and vacation homes to be rented. We were staying at a hotel keeping our fingers crossed in hopes that it would lift while we were there allowing us to be able to move our party of 9 to the beach front condo while we were there. We received a call on the 2nd day of our 5 night stay saying it was lifted and we could stay there. I was to notify them if I wanted to move forward on our rental. I called them to tell the we wanted to leave the hotel and move to the condo but it went to voicemail. I emailed them as well notifying them of our decision. Within literally 5 minutes of me emailing then, I received a confirmation email where they ran my credit card. In our email, it had almost all the necessary information needed to checkin. All 9 of us unloaded our luggage and hauled it up to the 12th floor. When we got to the door, we started looking for the key code and there wasn't one. We called them numerous times, over and over and over, no answer. We emailed them, we even drove by the office location which was about a 7 minute drive from where we were, but nobody was in the office. I can't even begin to tell you how many messages we left. ( Funny how within 5 minutes of me giving them the okay on running my credit card they read my message and got their money. ) We literally stood outside our condo for over 2 hours trying to get in. FINALLY someone called me back and was very apologetic and gave us they combination. That evening, we all went in the pool on the property to go swimming… we got kicked out of the pool because they didn't leave wristbands which allowed the guest access to the pool. We also didn't received parking passes upon our arrival. After calling again multiple times telling them about the parking passes and wristbands they finally brought them evening before our departure. We were told by the lady answering the phone that someone would be by to bring us a gift card because of all the complication….. we waited, nobody showed up!! I talked to someone when we were loading our luggage and and told them we wanted to be compensated for everything we went through. She ask how much we would like to be compensated and i told her i though half of our money back… they agreed but we will never rent from this company again!!

This is a horrible company! After being told by the gov. Of FL to stay home and all beaches being closed due to Corona Virus. This company has refused to give anyone a refund. They are holding onto our $9,000. They say will offer us another booking but conveniently that are all booked and the ones that aren鈥檛 are several thousand dollars more. They then proceeded to cancel our booking and put it back on the market for $5,500. What a terrible time to take advantage of people. I would NeVER recommend to book with this company!!! I wonder if the owners of these people even have a clue what they are doing.

This company has proven to be highly unethical. They are refusing to give my sisters family their money back for their upcoming stay. Even though the beaches and restaurants, per the governor of Florida, have been shut down. They offered them one other date after their children have already started school in the fall. It just goes to show how greedy this company is, especially in a time of such unrest when families are struggling. What ever happened to looking out for fellow man in times of need? I will never use this company and I will tell everyone that I know to steer clear. My family used 360 blue for our upcoming stay and they refunded all but $300, which I greatly appreciated. Awesome house in great location. Plenty of room for the 17 people we had staying. Only complaints were that the window cranks on the windows were broke or gone and the sliding doors were very hard to open.

Five Star Properties is an excellent rental company. All the people there, particularly Michelle, were prompt with their responses and did everything they could to accommodate us. We had an emergency plumbing problem and they acted quickly to resolve it! This is the 3rd year we have rented from them and will definitely return next year!

We had a wonderful time at Destin to Rest. The property is older but has all the modern amenities. The layout of the first floor was very family oriented a bedroom on the first floor was handy. The open concept living/dining room and kitchen was great. Our one year old granddaughter was safe and walked all around. The baby gate provided was very handy. The best part about this property was the huge deck and swimming pool. We enjoyed every bit of Destin winter sunshine and the stunning views of the Gulf from the pool and deck, awesome!! We called management twice (patio door did not close properly the problem was rectified very quickly and the second time they took care of the ice machine. We also got the ok to purchase a non stick frying pan for the kitchen. We haven鈥檛 got reimbursed for it yet but I鈥檓 sure we will soon. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness. The whole place smelled fresh and so did all linens and towels All in all we give this property and Five Star management team a solid five. Thank you for making our stay memorable馃檪馃檪

Beautiful home and so accommodating for our group if 7. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The elevator was very nice but took a bit of working at it to figure it out. The many many many remote controls for the electronics made using entertainment units difficult . Linens were plenty but having some pool towels would be very helpful. The pool was wonderful and tge many outdoor seating areas were great. Overall a very wonderful place to stay. I would book this home again.

The purpose of our trip was to Rest, Reflect and Rejuvenate (RRR), and that is EXACTLY what we did! We stayed in the "Retreat" community and had a Wonderful time in this jaw dropping, three story, seven bedroom, seven bathroom home, which included a six seat golf cart and four bicycles. The home was immaculate and had everything that you needed to RRR with so many extras! We enjoyed our time there so much that we are wanting to make this an annual trip in the same home.

Had the best time at Palazzo Del Mar, only disappointment is that we were told it was available for a particular week to reserve again and it wasn鈥檛. Overall very satisfied and have booked another five star property.

Aqua Tranquility was wonderful- clean, well-stocked, and updated. I only wish the the balcony areas were outfitted with furniture. Five Star was so easy to work with and checked in with us several times over the course of our vacation. The check in and check out process was seamless. Can't wait to book our next vacation!

What a great vacation. The house was fantastic- spacious with outstanding, modern finishes. Tons of room for our group- with extra room to spare. The beach front access was gorgeous and truly made the trip. 5 star was excellent to work with- helped me to find the perfect property to meet my group鈥檚 needs. We鈥檒l definitely use 5 star again and we鈥檒l be back to Tropic Like It鈥檚 Hot!

Five Star did a wonderful job making sure our family had everything we needed for our stay at one of their properties this fall. The property has been well maintained, is very clean, and has all the extras that would be expected for a week rental. What we loved the best about Five Star Properties is that they called several times to make sure we were having a great vacation.

I have used your services a few years now but I am so disappointed with my experience as far as the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I sent a complaint about showers and bath tub not being cleaned. There was excessive hair in the showers and rings of build up in the tubs. A cleaning crew was sent but there were still big globs of hair in the shower. When I emailed back I never got a response. We also found hair in the sealed towels and fridge. The hot tub did not work in terms of being hot. I didn't report anything else since I never received an email back about the shower.. I love renting properties from five star but I am afraid I will have to use another company in the future.

The stay was great. Only a few things kept me away from a 5 star rating:

Grill would not light
Damaged dining room table
Unfinished wall damage in stair well
Master bedroom had mildew/mold smell

We couldn鈥檛 check in for an hour after we got there. Pass code did not work. Ac didn鈥檛 work correctly. I feel that my family dealt with it just because we didn鈥檛 want to ruin our vacation. When I talked about some kinda of refund for a night I was given nothing. Wasn鈥檛 asking for the world. My family and I vacation every year in destin and this could have been good for your properties owners hat we rent from your company. Just have no more to say

We love 5 star rental company!!!! We have booked with them 4 times now and hope to do it again soon.
