They have absolutely no idea what customer service is all about. If your insurance company sends you here, then I strongly suggest that you ask for an alternative. If you choose to proceed, then prepare to be disappointed.

Contacted these guys online for a quote to fix some damage to my car. They called me back twice but only let the phone ring 3 or 4 times and I didn't get to it quick enough because my phone isn't superglued to my hand.

Well I rang them back and was put on hold by what sounded like a member of the muppets. High pitched squeaky voice telling me all 'advisors' were busy. Must say it did provide a good laugh.

When I finally got through what sounded like a gobby teenager answered the phone. I asked why they had kept calling me and hanging up and didn't bother to leave a voicemail. The gobby little lad then told me I was wasting his time after contacting them for a quote and tried giving me lip. I wasn't having any of it and spoke back over his voice which he didn't like and hung up.

In summary; DO NOT do business with these little weasels. Probably will rip you off and honestly the rudest little rat I have ever spoken to will be taking your calls.

Pay attention to all of these terrible reviews, don't use these guys and find a decent garage.

Very bad company to work for threw all this covid 19 all they care about is profit they don't care about emoployes at all so long as they are making money they are happy, there was a few lads who worked for us and they had new borns and a car came in the poor man died of covid the driver told us he was caughing all over the place and the car was on our site and it was work as normal so please avoid

Fix autos drove my car to another location the. Denied they had when I have proof from the tracker. The service was disgusting would never recommend this company used my fuel to drive around and even drove 15miked to return it to my home and damaged the rear bumper on the way. The driver took a video of the car stationary and purposely did not show that damage bearing in mind I along with a vehicle detailer inspected the car 3 days prior with a fine tooth comb. Would advise not to use a company like this even if it is through the insurance company refuse to use them and go some where else. Trust me it would save you a lot of aggravation and disappointment. Lies were told from the top of the management in Portsmouth right down through to the workshop in New Milton including the delivery driver. BE WARNED

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had a claim through my insurance and fix auto have taken 6 months to even do anything, and it鈥檚 still not even done.
They took the car, for a lengthy period of time, didn鈥檛 do anything to it and said it鈥檒l be done in a certain date. When that date come, it wasn't done and it was returned to me in a worst state than what it was. Parts missing, pen all over the car.

I complained to my insurance and they put in a complaint with fix auto.

Fix auto then phoned me and said it鈥檚 now up to me to sort everything out, with getting another quote.

There is so much more to this but I can鈥檛 put it into words. Absolutely disgraceful from fix auto.

Fix auto is the worst service I have ever had from anyone. I do not recommend anybody using them.

I received excellent service from Fix Auto Luton for a bodywork repair on my Landrover Discovery Sport. They got in touch quickly and delivery was arranged promptly and to suit me. I was kept informed on a regular basis with regard to the progress of the repair. When the repair was complete the car was returned on the day and time agreed and the car was valeted too. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowlegable and polite, I can't recommend them highly enough'

First class service from Fix Auto in Luton following the accident to our 3-year old VW Polo car – car returned like new. Getting estimate through our LV insurance policy, booking in for the repair, and collecting was expertly handled by the team at Luton. Much appreciated.

If I could give ZERO I would, Insurance picked them! Kept giving my Husband a date for completion then moving the goalpost! with one excuse after another! The accident was a 5mph into the back end drivers side, they made excuses every time we called to check for a completion day even after a few weeks of waiting. They eventually said it had had to be on a jig for ages as the whole under frame was damaged and needed to be re aligned lol they said they had had to wait for even more parts, which they hadn't realized they needed as there was more damage than originally thought. ALL THIS after telling us it would be ready in a few days when it had been checked for the work done! Meanwhile the replacement cars clutch was awful, right at the top! When they returned it it was filthy in parts, the windscreen full of dust and muck etc, the boot did not close properly so the car would not lock because the boot was not closing as it used to do just by gravity closure, but has to be slammed shut for the car to lock! A pair of sunglasses were missing which I had forgotten to take out, an expensive pair of sun glasses intense blue oval metal rims from a good quality mans shop in town! They were not cheap they were the only sunglasses I used for driving in the sunshine as clear as day even when I was a passenger and looked down to find something in the dimness! Of course my family said its no use complaining as they wont admit they were stolen! There were a few pairs of sunglasses and prescription glasses but the good ones were the ones taken!

Picked up my crashed car from home. Very courteous guy, and very professional. Car was returned within 7days in LIKE NEW condition. Very pleased indeed, Car was perfectly valeted. Recommend FIX AUTO as they operate to a standard,and that standard is EXELLENCE.

Warning warning!!! Stay well away from this company. My insurance company told us to go to Fix auto to get car repaired. It took over five weeks, came back scratched in several places and they had attempted to what looks like nail varnish in black to cover over a scratch they did. My car is red. Spoke to manager Malik he said the mark was already there. Only after I informed him I took pictures before it went into the garage he admitted it. The main work they did after respray came back a redish yellow, even the receptionist who helped drop the car off commented on how poor it looked. To top it all off they knicked my usb chip with all the music on. It seems strange that the main Director Ian Pugh talks about delivering quality, honesty and transparency throughout the business and yet I as a customer have had lies poor workmanship and dishonesty. I wouldn't bother going through their customer service either they are just as bad. I wish I'd read the comments from there other customers, well I've learned the hard way. But never again

I have studied in business and costumer service and this was by far the worst i had ever seen. Firstly the man at the desk was extremely rude and was not willing to help with the situation they had put us in… Shortly after we said that if we didn鈥檛 have the car then i could not go to work, he replied with 鈥渁nd…鈥?this reply was very rude and blunt… i was waiting for over a hour and running very late to work and at this point i wouldn鈥檛 even give them 1 star as there obviously has not been the right training for the workers to know what good customer service is.

I had my van repaired by fix auto through my Insurence and the service was terrible they replaced my back doors and then rang me saying they that it was ready but they could not do the sign writing and that they did a quality check and that the radiator bottle cap was missing ( this was there when they took my van) I told them this and they was not interested in taking responsibility for it and just palmed me off saying it may have came off while driving it!!! ( I DONT THINK SO ) they returned my van and they new back doors now did not open at all, ( Shambles ) when I spoke to someone more senior they said they would get it sorted and said they will try get a new bottle cap sent in the post to me ( again just palming me off ) I ended up putting a new cap on myself as obviously I could not drive around without one! All in all a terrible service for a company of the size of fix auto!!!!

Very unprofessional in their communication. I was told it would take a week to repair the vehicle but it actually took nearly 4 weeks. They had forgotten when the vehicle was being collected so I was yet again inconvenienced by them as this had to be rearranged. The loan vehicle was unsafe.
The manager is very difficult to reason with & talks over & patronises his customers. The quality of repairs is questionable. I have little confidence in this organisation

Since taking my car to Fix Auto Pershore for a very small front bumper collision, I have had nothing but electrical issues with my car.

When I picked the car up, neither of my auto-folding mirrors would work. After taking it back for a day for them to investigate I received the car back with the folding on the mirrors now not working, and a window not going up and down (plus the original problem not fixed).

Mazda said the issue was caused by someone breaking the mirror glass and applying glue. Fix Auto Pershore (Brad mainly) claimed no responsibility and said they only used "black glue". When confronted with the mirror (with said black glue applied) continued to deny responsibility.

The car has since had more electrical issues, such as intermittent lock/unlock problem, this is a car that has been owned since only 1,000 miles and had no prior issues before these cowboys got their hands on the car.

Just cannot say how pleased we were with fix auto Kettering! We read reviews and thought oh dear! Forget the reviews. Fix auto were efficient, polite, and the car came back amazing. Valated
, washed and you would never have known it had been in a accident at all. Would recommend them to any one.

Fix auto in Watford (coach works)
Had van for 4 weeks to repair two rear doors and a light on my van.
Returned it unfinished with scratches still visible and broken light unreplaced.
Never deliver when they say they will, poor communication!

Sent my van here to be repaired by a third party insurers. The job isn鈥檛 huge and shouldn鈥檛 take much longer than 1 day, 2 being generous, however they are claiming it鈥檚 a huge job and will take over a week to repair. I get the impression they don鈥檛 care as they know they can over inflate the quotes, and regardless the insurance companies will pay out. Would not recommend based on duration

NOT TO USE FIX AUTO BOLTON

What was an 8 day job is still not complete at nearly 4 weeks. My car went in for damage to front left bumper & headlight (through More Than Ins). on collection my car was 2 different colours. After being told my car was late due to new bumper arriving late, I found that they hadn't even replaced the bumper but botched up the job. It was all bumpy & the paintwork was 2 different colours. As I checked the rest of the car, I found scratched all over the back of the car that were not there when my car went into the garage. I refused the work & left car with them to put right. I was told my car would be ready in 2 max 3 days time. That was 10 days ago & still not ready. They have not kept me informed about the progress of the work, I have had to chase them all the time. I still don't have my car back so watch this space. I don't hold much hope of it being any better than last time tbh. These insurance companies are using the cheapest dodgiest companies to carry out the repair work & they are not fit to carry out the repairs !!!! Avoid at all costs.

Fixauto have just repaired the damage to the bodywork my car but disputed the engine problem created at the time of the collision so i now have to seek legal advice to resolve the issue. Just check their reviews and all the red stars. Absolute crap.
