I tried over 24 hours ago to list my land for sale and it is still on 15 %. And of course no views as it has never completed listing.

What a plethora of knowledge and advice! This was a less stressful experience with Lynn. I was cautious that it was a scam initially but this is an incredible service that no one else is going to provide without compensation. The appraisal was key to my house selling at top value! Thank you

Lynn Chapman at Fizber.com assisted me with many facets of my home selling process. Her top notch professionalism was surpassed only by her amazing personality, and caring nature toward helping me get my property onto the MLS. She made the process effortless. She was very attentive and helpful every step of the way, from listing to closing! I would recommend anyone seeking help on selling or listing their property to contact Lynn Chapman at Fizber.com !

Lynn At Fizber .com Helped me with every step of the listing process because I'm not very good on the computer. I sent them the link for the photos and the 3D walk thru and they loaded it all for me. The listing went live at 7:30 Friday night and by noon Sat. I showed it to 3 people and had 2 offers. Took the full price cash one. It was really amazing I could not have even got through the listing process with out her help! So for $320 fee Plus 2.5% I offered to the buyer's agent I saved $6,855 Thanks Guys!

I listed a property with Fizber's free option last year. There was some sort of initial glitch which kept them from approving my ad until someone from their staff contacted me (I got an online pop-up telling me). A week later they still hadn't contacted me to confirm and approve my ad. So, I ended up having to contact them multiple times to get it straightened out. Then came the replies after they published it. I assumed my phone number would be kept private. I didn't put it in the ad because I didn't want all the spammers calling me. Didn't matter though. They give it out to anyone who clicks on your ad and asks for your contact info. I ended up with so much spam calling that I had to change my phone number. I finally ended up removing my ad from their site. Lastly, Fizber will NEVER STOP SPAMMING your email. I have clicked the "If you would like to unsubscribe and stop receiving these emails" link at the bottom of their spammy emails at least once a month for nearly a year now and I still get regular email from their "Home Sales Consultant". I just got another one from them today which is why I finally decided to post this review.

I listed my home using free option. Interested parties are supposed to contact me via email. No phone number is listed. However…I received 15 phone calls from realtors almost immediately. My name and phone number are now on a list. They don't make that clear!

I am a female landlord in Los Angeles, & was having trouble finding an interested, qualified tenant for my duplex. I heard from a colleague that you could go on the internet & do a DIY MLS listing with some help from a broker so that is exactly what I did. I found various companies that offered the service, but I chose Fizber because of the great personal service of their staff, especially Lynn & Marilyn. After filling out the paperwork & attaching photos, my MLS listing was up & running. Immediately, I received many inquiries on the property. One of these leads turned out to be now my future tenants; I even had to turn people away. I will definitely use this service for any future rentals.

I listed my home for free on Fizber. The free listing wa great but I need to sell quickly so I bought the mls listing too. There was some paperwork to fill out but Fizber staff was very helpful in assisting. It required some work but I saved a lot of money. Would list with them again. Mls listing is a no brained for anyone trying to sell and save $$

Unlike the negative ads I read on Fizber web,
my experience with Fizber was the best as a first time for sale by owner listing with Fizber. Marilynn was very competent and helpful in guiding and helping me and would not give up on me, despite not being technically savvy, until I was happy as
a customer and successfully listed my home with
quick results in two days. I will definitely go back to Fizber if I had another home to sell. I would strongly recommend Fizber to future customers.
And Marilynn is a great asset to Fizber. You will be happy as a customer looking for results with Fizber. Comments from a NY MD of 35 years.

Someone named Jane called me and asked if I'd like to have a free listing on Fizber. I said that's super generous of you whats the catch, she said there was no catch and that she will confirm on the recorded line that there is no purchase necessary. I figured even though I had never heard of this site, any exposure is good exposure right? So I agreed. Not 5 minutes later I get a text from Anthony at Sold.com saying he's following up on my call with Jane and was going to call me in a few minutes with a free home valuation. I replied no thanks, as I have lived in and been investing in this city for years and did not need this service. They did not continue to hound me at all and that was the end of that, but Jane must have been upset because I did not get the free listing she had had so graciously offered me. I don't know if I'd call it a horrible experience, just a waste of time. 10 minutes of my life I'll never have back, wish I would have rejected the call

Amazing service, Super helpful

Fizber was great! They contacted us and listed our home on their site. They offered and I agreed to let them send an agent to our house to show us current comparisons so we would know if we were listing in the right price range. The agent was super friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. If we were going to list, I would definitely list with him. He took a tour of our home and gave us a couple tips that would help it sell faster. After about 6 weeks our life plans changed and we decided not to sell our home. We had paid for a Flat Rate MLS listing, but hadn't gone through with the next step, so they were quick to refund our money. And that was by far the cheapest way to list on MLS that we had found. All in all, fizber is a great service and very helpful while selling a home.

I was very pleased with the amount of customer service I received from Fizber. I'm not very good with computers and was having problems downloading my photos to me free listing. I called the customer service number and got to speak with a real person! She told me not to worry and to email them to her and she would help me out. I emailed my photos to her and she completed my listing for me! I highly recommend Fizber.

My house was listed on the mls pretty quickly. I bought online and was called by a rep later in the day who went over all the steps with me. The forms were emailed to me. I took a few days to complete the forms but my listing went live the day after I turned in everything. My only complaint is that the mls agent is only reachable by email.

We had a great experience with Fizber.com. I bought the MLS for our home we were selling for sale by owner. We ended up getting an offer before I could even finish our forms for the MLS. I called to see if we could get a refund and because it never got to be on the MLS I got a full refund. We will definitely use them again.

Please stay away from this company if you'd like to keep your sanity. The whole listing service is a disaster from start to finish. Here is why you should NOT list with Fizber:

1. They just pass on the responsibility of listing your property to an independent broker, over whom they have no control afterwards. In my case, the broker was too slow to respond to any inquiries, costing me valuable time to make changes to my listing and post open houses on time
2, Speaking of open houses, there is an additional charge of $25 PER DAY for each open house. WHAT? This is not mentioned anywhere, but once you have signed up there is no option but to pony up the additional money. Also, any change you want to make to your listing is another $25+ every single time!!! Plus $25 to cancel after you have been put through a nightmarish experience.
3. The listing description (the most important aspect of a listing) is limited to just 3 lines, which is ridiculous. How can one possibly write a marketing description for a listing in 3 lines? Why this artificial restriction?
4. My listing did not show up on Zillow, probably the #1 site where buyers go to check out a property. I went back and forth several times between Fizber and the listing broker, but nothing was done to address it.
5. Finally, the customer service. Customer service is great when they are selling you the service, but when something goes wrong it's non-existent. After I started complaining about the broker's slow response and my intent to cancel, the agent who was so sweet earlier stopped responding to my emails and voicemails altogether.

You are also at the mercy of the listing broker to forward you any leads or inquiries on your listing, and if you are unlucky enough to get one like I did, you can't be sure if they are forwarding you ANYTHING. I did not get a single lead forwarded to me, yet when I listed afterwards with a local agent I sold the house in 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and list with a local agent – it is so worth it!

This is a ghost of a company. They promise real estate seller and buyers leads. They took my money and never provided a single legitimate lead. Then you can't track them down and they never return calls or email.
Now, months later I am still trying to get them to stop charging my credit card. I am having to file fraud claims and will probably go to a lawyer.
I want my money back – everything I have paid this company!
They should cover all my wasted time too

The representatives at Fizber purposefully posted an MLS listing without my consent and charged me $270. When I called, they refused a refund. Even with them posting without my acknowledgement, I called to have it taken down within 1 hour of the listing. They took it off the MLS but refused to refund me any money.

I called Richard several times a day for over 2 weeks with not 1 single returned phone call after the posting. Do not ever use Fizber. They are unethical. Also, they tried scamming me out of several other illegitimate products.

Trust me, stay away!

The absolute worse Customer Service ever! Rude and obnoxious when there is no reason to be. If I could give Fibzer zero stars I would have. The paper work is daunting and don't expect help. If you ask a question you will be criticized for not checking the FAQ's first. All they want to do is sell you more and more stuff, such as re-list every 10 days for $75 or in our case we are mixed use and they tell us on one hand we are Commercial so we can't be also listed under Residential, but if we pay $149 more, then we can??? Because of the home based business we operate, we felt we are the best one to show our property and wanted the extra exposure of being listed on MLS. We regret not hiring a real Real Estate Agent who would have worked with us on this point. We thought we had 30 days to cancel, but apparently only if you don't finish your listing, once it's up you can't get out of it. Don't make our mistake.

I was able to make under contract three of my listings via FIZBER鈥檚 MLS option within a month on average which also saved my $$$ in listing commissions. My overall experience is great and will consider FIZBER for my future needs too.

Fizber was a great resource for FSBO!
Fizber Flat Fee MLS listing helped me get the exact exposure needed to sell my home FSBO! I would recommend Fizber for any FSBO that wants to market their home on all the main real estate sites and save tons of $$! I had immediate requests for a showing and an offer in hand with in a day or two! Fizber was easy to work with thanks to the great service from Andrea Boyens – Fizber also connected me with a great listing agent, Jessica Janssen! Jessica was able to post my listing the exact way i wanted it to appear! The process was easy and I am very happy from start to finish using Fizber!

I listed my property as FSBO and got contacted by fizber.com asking for a permission to list my property on their website.

I asked if I agree – will I be spammed with unsolicited offers/ads. The agent replied "no, we will not". Now a few days later I receive an text from fizber giving me unsolicited "promotion" on their services to list my property with MLS. I hate companies like this.

Also after trying to search my property on their website I found out that it is VERY slow. After a minute of waiting for the search results I got message saying your property not found 🙂

Customer Service is excellent. I paid a flat fee for my house to be on the MLS and got many showings and sold the property quickly.
