The thumbdrive came in excellent condition. They delivered earlier than expected and Christian was very helpful with our order. He replies promptly and was patient with our requests.

I receive constant reminders and status update from Mr Jaque Guo. My enquiries were answered almost in a flash. He also managed to mail me the samples as soon as I requested. The information which I need to help me decide what good to order is relevant and updated instantly. I especially appreciate the ease and sense of security when paying for the goods I've ordered using credit/debit card facility. Although I have not checked the batch individually, I believe the goods are of the quality, like what the company promised.
