I ordered rose gold LED high tops from Flashwear on Thursday 21st July 2020 and received them on Saturday 25th July. They was fully working and the shoes looked well made, however 3 days later my left shoe had a LED fault and whenever you would walk the LED would glitch, change colour or completely go off! I then managed to email and get hold of flashwear and told them about my trainers. We emailed back and forth 10 times. The 8th email flashwear sent said they would send me out my shoes and they鈥檇 be with me in 3 working days! Amazing, atleast I thought 2 weeks later and there was still no sign of my shoes I emailed again they apologised and sent me out my shoes and I finally received them about a week later. I haven鈥檛 worn them yet so I don鈥檛 know if they will also break but they seem to be okay for now. Overall the customer service was slow but generally okay and flashwear was polite when in contact, the shoes itself are beautiful and very unique however not the sturdiest trainers in the market.

Absolute tosh don't work straight out of the box. No one available for replacement or refund but two second phone pick up on sales. Don't waste your money.

I ordered my daughter a pair of rose gold high tops, they arrived after two days from ordering, upon arrival I noticed that the sizing on the box was correct however the trainers were the incorrect sizing, I emailed customer service and received a prompt response from them apologising for what had happened, there had been an issue with there system and sizing on boxes had been muddled up, they sent out a new pair of trainers as a matter of urgency to replace the ones I had received in the correct size along with a returns label, the customer service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.
Seeing the negative reviews is disappointing especially when the country has recently been shut down due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, this company may of had to close and recently just re-open, so the negative feedback for not receiving items during this pandemic or if the customer service has been a bit slow could well be due to the staff having to work from home or having to close. Other customers should be a bit more understanding during this difficult time.

Absolutely pants do not buy off flash wear one shoe is not working been trying to contact them via phone and email office always closed on phone and no response for email. ( over a week now )
This company should not be able to continue selling. Yes times are hard with covid 19 etc but at least reply to emails.
Avoid at all cost.

What a disaster.
Ordered a pair for both my son and daughter.
My daughters pair were the wrong size
My sons shoes broke within a few hours of wear and both shoes were returned together via royal mail recorded delivery.
My daughters new pair arrived promptly and have since already Broken.
We have not recived my son shoes or had a refund.
Contact phone number is not working.
Emails rarely returned.

Ordered my shoes on the 20th of April and they still have not arrived. Bad customer service, as I have not had a reply after the first email, saying they were on the way. That was on the 25 April. It is now 25th May. I will not reccomend them to anybody. And if I knew they were coming from China I would not have touched them with a barge pole. Do not buy from this company.

Awful! Awful! Awful!
Delivery was good received within 3 days but the wrong size shoe turned up! I ordered a 5 and a 6 has arrived!
Tried calling however their office is always shut, convenient!
Someone has responded to me saying the correct size will be sent out but have no other emails to say when I will receive them or how to return the incorrect ones as I didn鈥檛 even receive an invoice with my order!
These were supposed to be a birthday present for my nephew for this week!
They shouldn鈥檛 even be allowed to trade anymore!
Awful company would not recommend!
Let鈥檚 just hope I have lost out on anything as I will be taking this further!

I know it鈥檚 a challenging time but I ordered the silver low tops in a size 6 (eu 39) for my daughter鈥檚 birthday (before the flashwear warehouse shut down). Instead I received a white pair (not even the same style) in a size 10 infants (eu 29).
I have emailed several times over the last 5 days and had no response. Now I have a pair of shoes that are absolutely no good and my daughter has missed getting her birthday present.
I have also asked in my emails and 鈥榗hat鈥?messages on your website for details of how to return the incorrect shoes – again I have not had a response.
I know times are very difficult at the moment, but I鈥檓 having to work from home and am responding to emails from clients and colleagues etc. So at least a response is definitely possible in the current situation.
A very disappointed customer.

Ordered and and paid for next day delivery. The order had not even been despatched on the next day. Why offer next day delivery if you can't fulfill it?! Now awaiting a refund

I鈥檇 give it 0 stars if that were an option. Ordered trainers for 10 year old as a Christmas present. Very disappointed on the big day to find these didn鈥檛 work properly. Have sent numerous emails and have returned faulty item at my own cost and still no replacement trainers. Buyer beware of flash ware. DONT BOTHER. I鈥檓 opening a case with both PayPal and trading standards. Shoddy product. Shoddy company. Shoddy customer focus.

I wanted to say that we received excellent customer services. I bought flashing trainers for my son's Christmas present. The shoes arrived on time but unfortunately the left one turned out to be faulty – would not charge. I was unable to get hold of them on the phone but they did respond promptly to my emails and agreed to replace the faulty shoe. They sent new ones in the post immediately and I received them when they said I would. I would recommend this company but be sure to contact them via email rather than phone.

The shoes arrived but they were the wrong size and unneeded to return them.

Like others have said they don鈥檛 answer the phone or respond to emails.

Thankfully I purchased through PayPal so have opened a case.

Item arrived in October but never worked. Phoned, emailed, messaged multiple times …. no response. Asked for returns label never received. They have my money, I have a product that doesn鈥檛 work and they will not respond. Very disappointed to be sold a product not fit for purpose under consumer law with no way of getting my money refunded.

Firstly, the shoes came in great time, no worries there. Panic mode set in when I realised they were a size too big and they were for a birthday present. After a few attempts at email and telephone calls which seemed to be on hold for an eternity, I received a call back. The company are in the process of moving and i was advised there were not many people manning the phones during this time and after lunch is a better time to call. Chelsea was lovely, really reassuring and advised me the shoes come up small in some styles including the ones i had ordered so they send out the bigger size. They usually put in a note explaining this but mine didn't have one. Anyway, the shoes fit, and we have one happy birthday girl with her shoes. Chelsea even called again the next day to check so I am thrilled with the customer service.

First they send me the wrong item, a child鈥檚 size 3, when I ordered a size 11. Sent them an email with photographic evidence and then I had to chase them for a reply over a day later. Excuse was that they were very busy. I returned the package as requested for a full refund. Then I had to chase them over a week later along with proof that the item was delivered. 3 days later and am waiting for an acknowledgement of that email. I am STILL waiting for my refund which has never materialised. Never again!!! Proceed with caution…

Ordered Tuesday, received confirmation then notified Wednesday of delivery, never seen the parcel. It was needed for a 50th rave party tonight for a – eve y very disappointed
Tried messaging, calling, no response.
Really can鈥檛 recommend mmend- buy at your own risk of not receiving items ordered

ORDERED FOR A FESTIVAL SOME 8 DAYS BEFORE PROMISED 1-3 DAYS DELIVERY VIA EMAIL…BUT GUESS WHAT ? DID NOT ARRIVE …ROYAL MAIL TRACK NUMBER IS A JOKE AS THEY SAY ON THEIR SITE WILL ONLY SAY WHEN TRIED TO BE DELIVERED …COUNTLESS EMAILS NO RESPONSE…OH AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND DO NOT RETURN MESSAGES….SMALL CLAIMS COURT NEXT UNFORTUNATELY….

My order arrived on time and I called them before purchasing to ask information about sizing , I was on hold for 4 to 5 minutes which was a little frustrating but once through a lovely lady was able to help me select the best pair to suit me, I'm very happy with my shoes and my friends have also bought

I purchased their LED wellie after seeing it listed among the top 5 wellies for festivals on inews.co.uk – I've booked my family and I, a weekend trip to a local family friendly festival in the heart of Worcestershire over the school holidays (yes I am trying to be a cool Mum).

I must admit I was a little wary over some of the reviews I'd seen but the good seemed to outweigh the bad, on Google they have a great rating and I had trust the news company wouldn't support just any company so I went ahead…

I decided to call instead of purchasing online (I guess for extra reassurance) and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received, the young lady was so helpful, I asked so many questions and it wasn't too much trouble – she was just so polite and kind.

Despite not being face to face I felt I had been out shopping with a friend, although this company is online they have not in my opinion lost touch with their customer base, as I felt very valued!

On to the wellies, they are nothing short of AMAZING! I feel so comfortable in them and not 'Mutton dressed as lamb' I'd say they are of the same quality as Hunter but the lights are so tasteful and don't have to be on all the time – even my kids said I looked cool and now I will be returning to get some flashing trainers for us all to wear on a first Family festival trip.

I'm not sure what happened with the people on here who have such negative things to say but I'm not sure I believe it as I am very particular and my experience was something even I can't fault!

Would most definitley recommend and as I said, I plan to shop again!

High quality, fast delivery – would definitely recommend my daughter is over the moon with her Flashez rose gold V2's. I must say, the quality is much better than I expected so quite shocked to see some of the reviews on here and wonder if its the same company?!

Would shop again.
