So I was skeptical about ordering from here because of all the reviews. But I decided to see for myself, and Yayy!! I鈥檓 telling you , if you like something on that website just order it, don鈥檛 go off of the bad reviews. Trust me!!I got my purse today and I love it.. It got here fast and it鈥檚 just like the picture. The quality feels good but only time will tell. I will be ordering from them again, maybe tonight.

I placed my order on may 6, 2020 and flashybox finally sent me a text saying it shipped on may 19, 2020 but still didn鈥檛 receive a tracking number. Now it is June 8, 2020 and I have not received my package yet which they say 7-9 business days and it鈥檚 well over that time. Processing and shipping has to get better… I also emailed customer service a few weeks ago and still hasn鈥檛 responded.

Flashybox is the best store ever! The shoes are very comfortable and stylish! I had to wear my green studded snake skin slides today even though my feet have not been done in 3 months (due to covo-19). I got so many compliments, they never even noticed my feet! Placing another order Now! Love this store!!

They finally sent my order and I felt it odd how small the box was and later found out that they only sent me one pair instead of two.This meant that the whole time they claimed to be sending both but never did and charged my card for both shoes anyways and now their site claims that both are delivered.I have tried reaching out to them but only gotten supposedly automated responses yet they have been actively posting on Instagram and also sending me promotional emails and feedback emails.At this point I truly know I won鈥檛 shop here again because the bad reviews show that their customer service is really the issue but surely you wouldn鈥檛 need that if you didn鈥檛 keep messing up orders so they need to regroup and find a different calling altogether

Randomly came across Flashybox during quarantine and decided to give them a shot. Recently received my first order and I鈥檓 highly impressed with the quality of the product at such an affordable price. Will be ordering again!

I wear and 8.5 bought a 9 they fit perfectly. They are so classy. They seem well designed and we'll made. They are sturdy and comfortable which makes being sexy almost effortless my guys loves them. He was just as excited as I was to receive them and see me in them along with my 5 year old second cousin who brought me the package. She went and grabbed 3 of her dresses to see which one went better.lol The best memory ever. It took me a month to receive them because of my stupid self being overly excited the address was wrong. I got free shipping and 25percent off. An amazing deal. I contacted customer service they were understanding helpful and they got them to me as fast as they could. No extra fees no hassle no attitudes. FlashyBox and ,cape Robbin Rules they're the best!!!!

I ordered two pairs of sandals and couldn鈥檛 be more disappointed- cheap cheap cheap quality the faux fur on the sandals just flys everywhere just sheds all over the place and the sizing chart isn鈥檛 accurate- the shoes run about a size smaller than what they claim and are made pretty narrow- I don鈥檛 even have wide feet and still couldn鈥檛 fit the shoes! So unless u have narrow tiny baby feet don鈥檛 bother. Each sandals was $40-$46 each -and yet all they claim to give is store credit and u have to pay to ship them back- this company is just reselling cheap Chinese stuff from aliexpress- save ur time and ur money and go somewhere else.

I love Flashybox shoes they are fashionable. And Flashybox support is really helpful and has a very quick response time.

Don't order from this they have no refunds only credit they try to get u too spend more money with store credit I talk to Diana nasty attitude not helpful at all u pay shipping to return and size chart not accurate ! Save your money these shoes come from AliExpress at least they have free return policy or they give a. Refund

Purchased a pair of shoes in February and received a shipping number to follow a few days later. Nine days later and my order still has yet to arrive to USPS. I鈥檝e spoken to customer service twice and each time was told the order would ship within a couple of days. I paid for regular ground shipping (5-7 days) It鈥檚 been 10 days since date of order and my item hasn鈥檛 even shipped yet. Glad I purchased the shoes for my event 3 months in advance, because that鈥檚 apparently how long it will take to receive the order.

I ordered a pair shoes on their website during a sale I paid for standard shipping which is 5 to 7 business days. On day seven my order finally shipped from the warehouse and I had to call several times to find out that my order or at least one item in my order had been canceled. Their response was apathetic and they offered me a refund even though the only reason why I bought the shoe was because of the discount on the second item. They told me that I would have to purchase a new shoe on the website and re-pay for shipping in order for me to take advantage of the promotion code

Flashybox has the best customer service out there! I accidentally put the wrong mailing address so I emailed them, and they changed it! I鈥檓 very pleased with them and I will be shopping from flashybox again!!!

I recently discovered Flashybox whilst searching for thigh high boots and found just what I was looking for so i ordered the PINK CAPE ROBBIN TOXIC FAUX SNAKE THIGH HIGH OPEN TOE STILETTO HEEL BOOTS. they shipped out faster than I expected. Right out of the box i fell in love with them! Looking all fresh and exactly like the picture. They will surely be my "go to" favorite because they are stunning and fit very comfortably….true to size. I plan on wearing them for my next photo shoot and out on the town every chance I get cause they are poppin. Shipping was lightening speed and they came boxed very securely. I ordered shoes and paid for expedited shipping!! Date ordered Jan 3, 2020 I have yet to receive a tracking number it鈥檚 now January 9th! Please don鈥檛 pay for expedited shipping its a rip off. Called and lady said the order hasn鈥檛 been processed. Better sites out there with the same shoes where you would get your shoes in two days!

One of the best places to shop for shoes! I ordered 7 pairs of shoes and absolutely loved them all! Only one pair didn鈥檛 fit and they quickly resolved the issue! AWESOME, customer service all around. I can鈥檛 wait to order more shoes, they also have some great deals.

I called after trying to email the company to exchange some shoes that were too large. Even though I didn't receive an email back, I called and I just gave my order number, and when I say the customer service was flawless. I mean it!

This website is my latest obsession. I was happy to be able to use a discount code which gave me 30% off AND I was also able to get free shipping. When shopping online I've noticed its usually one or the other. Once my shoes arrived I knew I was in love. The quality of the shoes are really good. They do not look cheap AT ALL. I got so many compliments on my heels I ended up ordered again just a few days later and was impressed.
