3 words….. DON鈥橳 DO IT! This company picked my car up in Georgia on a Monday with the understanding that they would actually pick it up the weekend before that Monday. They absolutely knew that my flight would land in Phoenix that Wednesday. They told me they would have my car delivered Thursday. They even called me back asking if someone would be available sooner because they might get to Phoenix before the time my flight landed on Wednesday. After picking up my Car on Monday my car SAT & STAYED IN GEORGIA UNTIL SUNDAY!!!! My car was actually not delivered to me until 5 days AFTER the scheduled delivery date & 8 WHOLE days after it was picked up from me. This company was dishonest from start to finish. All the detailed information I received along the way was from the driver. Who I was very grateful for. However, the company SOFT TRANS LLC deserves the same ZERO star rating because they were the ones who signed up to transport my car. Instead they let it sit for a week while they tried to make more money. I seriously advise everyone not to do business with either company. If you can, drop the middle man & find a Transporter directly!

They made it across country in under 3 days. Very friendly and kept communication open throughout.

It's very difficult to find a business that ships both cars, handles moves and does both well. I preferred not to drive my car full of boxes. I rather spend the money. I originally was planning to set up a move and book an auto shipper separate. It seemed like the only option. Things changed for the better when a friend of mine saw flat price online and texted me their contact. I called them and got a quote for both car shipping and auto shipping packaged together. It ended being a much better deal over paying two separate businesses. It also was smarter too because they are able to make sure both my car and the move truck arrive on the same day.

Thankfully they were really flexible with my booking. After scheduling our move I realized I mis-read my work schedule and had to change the original move out day. So I contacted them via email late at night asking to see if it's possible to switch the dates. They followed up with me the next day morning 8am with a return email and a phone call. They were super accommodating throughout the whole move.

Movers got to my place when promised and worked very fast but also very organized. Moving is stressful and its tough to make the experience a fun one but flat price didn't create any problems – they fixed them. Making this is a very low stress move. Definitely recommend these guys.

Last minute booking. Got cars picked up two days later. Driver stayed in contact every step of the way. Cars delivered in tact and ahead of our schedule. Would definitely use the again.

Service was High Quality on all ends, particularly how I was treated. Estimate was explained clearly and any misunderstanding I had in my mind I just asked and got it explained right away. My car was picked up on the day I needed it to be in the time window they had promised me. I dealt with the dispatcher at first and then later on the truck driver directly. Both employees were helpful and friendly.

This is the second car shipment I've ever done in my life and it was a much easier process than my previous experience. I'd use them again and I would recommend them.

A stressful situation was turned around and made right with their help. We already had movers in place but when we saw they had severely under quoted us and sent us a bill different we then decided to cancel our move and had to start all over finding the right company.

Here's where flat price came in. They took on our last minute booking and managed get everything back on track. No surprises… well the service was surprising because they were fast and very organized. Great team, great customers and great move.

The car which was two states away was delivered within in 48hrs in perfect shape after we booked the service. There were consistent updates from the driver and communication helped ease our nerves. Flat Price Auto Shipping in LA did an amazing job! The crew managed to move my car to Phoenix without a scratch and the process stayed stress free. The price was competitive and they were able to offer me a better deal than the first company I spoke to. They weren't pushy on the phone either, which I can't stand. Great business. They couldn't have made it any simpler for me.

Flat Price was very customer friendly. Both getting a quote and setting up shipping was easy. The estimates turned out accurate. I will admit when I was searching around I did see a few lower priced options but I preferred not to chance it. I used Flat Price to move to Miami. Not too many movers have a good track record for both vehicle shipping and moving. I wasn't interested in using two different companies to get the job done so this worked out perfect. The service was excellent. I was notified 2 days prior to the move when my car would be picked up and 1 day prior to when it would be dropped off. Car arrived without any scratches and at no point during the whole experience did I have any issues.

Flat Price kept me updated on a daily basis and was almost always available available to answer questions. There was a slight delay in pickup but delivery was right on time without any issues nor damages to the vehicle. Management was courteous and straightforward. Price was competitive and most certainly worth it!

This company was recommended by a buddy of mine who shipped his car to Austin,TX and had a good experience. Going into this I had no prior experience with car shipping at all. I just wanted to avoid wear and tear to my vehicle. The whole thing was easy going. The crew made it simple for me. After some research online and a phone call, everything was set up with Flat Price. We made sure the drivers were certified and the company had no problem giving us any info we requested. The pricing and whole operation were set up to be as easy as possible for us and it really was. They gave us a 3 hour time frame a day in advance before the car would arrive. It came within the first hour. They inspected the car right in front of us proving everything was the same as it was when it got picked up.

They promised a lot of great things and they lived up to each and everyone of those promises. Pick up was on time and the car looked great for drop off. This was way easier than I thought. They made it easy on me.

Moved my uncle's SUV to Boston before his move over there and I feared that it wouldn't be taken care of. I really don't like packing or moving in general. The process gives me anxiety. I ended up using flat price because they could pack all my stuff up for me and I needed boxes provided as well. Surprisingly not every moving place gives you boxes. I want ship to my car eventually too so I plan on using them again for that because the move went well. They also were their to help me unpack! That was awesome.

Shipped my car with this company. I was going to be staying in the Chicago for 6 months and I really am not a big fan of driving over 10 hours straight so I just rather have it shipped. Also my car is leased so there is maximum amount of miles per month that I'm allowed.
Flat Price came right to my place and loaded up my car. I felt pretty comfortable after speaking with the employees of the place. I was worried at first about a dent or scratch. It got there in one piece though haha!!!

Found their website online and loved the fact that it was set up to be as easy

on the customer as possible. I was able to get a rough estimate quote online before even talking to anyone. Needed have a car moved to California and a couple boxes of things as well. Fished around and got a few prices but nothing felt as organized as this company.

They also responded to emails and phones calls way better. They seemed to really

want my business and they worked out a good price to get it. Service definitely matched their communication and was equally strong.

A friend of my mine who lives in the Indianapolis area brings classic cars back to life and then resells them. After he recently showed me pics of a 1979 GTO that he restored I asked him if he had a buyer..that buyer turned into me. After the sale the next mission was getting it to me safely without it being scratched or dented. I did what most people would of done I called around to compare at first. Then I started digging deeper, looking at websites and started to call back places and really start asking questions. To sum things – I wanted the vehicle shipped to me in less than a week. I wanted it to be insured and I wanted it from a company that had a proven track record. That company ended up being flat price. I figured what that name meant later on down the line. After you give them all the details they give you one flat price that u pay upfront and then you don鈥檛 need to pay again. The car arrived in 4 days in great condition they had thrown a cover over it even though my friend didn鈥檛 own one. They had one just for such an occasion. My business partner who lives in NY and over seas manufacturing for
the company was looking to move to San Diego to be more hands on with sales from our store front. Once we hired a replacement for him it was time for him to move to the west coast.

English is his second language so to speed things up I made calls to different areas in West Village to get quotes for him. He needed to ship 2 cars and a 2 bed room house full of furniture. They were one of the few companies that was listed as being able to do both. Some places just shipped cars only some just focused on long distance moves. Flat price assured they could handle both and had movers available right away to get started with the process.

They were very nice in person and came by prior to the move to inspect everything that was going to be a shipped. They wanted to give us the most accurate price possible. After they did the price never changed. No added charges at the end either which was both surprising and a relief.

They were pretty much hassle free. Both cars were dropped off right to his new place in San Diego with out any noticeable dents or scratches. Seems like they really took care loading and unloading the vehicles. All of his belongings arrived in the moving truck within 30 mins after the cars were dropped off. This was quite a organized operation and I'm impressed this business was true to their word!

Just landed a new job and had to relocate. The lady I spoke with was kind and very helpful, told me the whole process and was able to schedule my move the next day. Movers came and did it all. They helped me pack, load, move and more. Quickly, but didn't damage a thing! Once everything was finished, the movers also help me get my new apartment together too. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. And the rate they gave me stayed the same. 🙂 very impressed with Flat Price. I most definitely will tell friends and family about them. In fact I'll be using their services again to help transport my car as soon as possible.
