A great product for my team to use and easily show the customer prices and the details of service.

Great concept although not flexible enough to be accurately adjusted to an individual business.

This is the best way I have come across to do quick, easy ethical sales in the plumbing industry.
With the ability to import your own supplier price files and adjust the suggested labour for each to suite the site conditions, even the apprentice can create a fair and accurate quote.
Customers love the additional service we offer them as a result of having so many options at our finger tips.

Lots of spelling mistakes in task descriptions.
heaps of day to day tasks not available on the programme.
Can't change or modify wording of any task.
When offering a discount to customers can't separate labour and materials so have to sell materials under cost sometimes.
Good programme to use as a reference guide but then create quote in another platform so you can edit wording and prices to suit each particular task.

Good app to use but don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 included in the products like when you trying to sell a hot water heater you have to add every little item in which should be standard Instead of adding each item in and the cost blows out of the roof because it allows One billable hour on each item

The onboarding process was a breeze and the program is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The profit margins are better and it cuts down on the bookwork side of things. Probably the most impressive thing for me though is that when you have a request or a suggestion, they actually listen and do their best to help.
