I am a very exigent food taster and everything. I rate my experience with a service or brand after my first encounter with them and it cand be hardly changed. So I highly recommend you to become their friend. They have excellent customer support in my opinion : as long as you provide correct info and you are concise about your 'issues' or expect fast resolving! I hope they will expand in more countries as they deserve it!

Totally worth it. I see lots of people leaving bad reviews and telling us that it's a scam. But tust me its not. I am totally satisfied with this program. Got my payment in just few hours after I submitted my task. I highly recommend this to everyone. The product was very easily available and survey was very easy and quick to do.

I had a fun experience with FlavorWiki. It was an interesting thing to do and I definitely recommend it. They did pay me right away. But it took some more time to get a referral bonus. I spoke to them and they mentioned it would be improved. It鈥檚 a cool concept and I鈥檓 looking forward to doing it again.

They are swift in responding to questions and doing their best to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, they are great with payments – I haven't experienced any delay yet. I would highly recommend FlavorWiki because they are trustworthy.

I found that when I first signed up for Flavorwiki it was very easy to do. I started doing one of the assignments and was found it very easy and fun to do. Than I received another survey and one more assignment that took a little more time but it was a fun assignment to do also. The ceo was very easy to chat with Daniel. He was very friendly and enjoyed sharing my experience doing the assignments for this company. I recommend this survey company. It鈥檚 different from other companies, good assignments quick payment.

I completed a valid tasting and never received my payment. One of the first ref flags is when when you sign up you aren't asked to give your payment details. I completed my survey and emailed and they asked for my PayPal. I have it to them and then they ignored me and then said they weren't able to send the payment because there was a problem with my PayPal. When I asked them to tell me which email they sent it to, they gave me the wrong email! They said they would then send it again to the correct paypal I had provided them with but that was the last thing I've heard from them. It's been a month of no contact and 2 months since I filled a survey and they have proceeded to block me on facebook(for asking where is my payment).

DO NOT USE, THEY ATE SCAMMERSA

They used to be fantastic, but when you ask about your 拢5 referral fee they read your messages and just ignore you.

I can see lots of other have the same issues. I won't be using or recommending them anymore until I get my payments owed.

UPDATE – I can confirm that my issues have been resolved and I am very happy that Flavorwiki have taken my points on board and are looking at the issues that caused the delay in responding to me. It was great to personally speak to Daniel the CEO to voice my issues and give feedback on their website and surveys. I feel confident they will make the improvements needed and look forward to my next trial.

I've done tasting for them for quite awhile now, but the payments are very hit and miss. I just completed the plant based meat product tasting and testing and was to receive $22 and after repeated emails, which are ignored, I have not been paid. I paid that much for the products, which were horrible my dog wouldn't even eat the plant based meat products, then to be stiffed for the payment. I was also to receive a $5 referral bonus, which I never got either. I did multiple cereal tastings and was also shorted on payment of that. It seems to be getting worse for payments. I won't be tasting again unless I get paid my $22 plus $5 referral bonus. Very disappointing! If they pay me, I will update my review.
11/2/20 Updated my review to 5 stars as I did get paid for all my surveys that I've done lately. I will continue to do surveys with them at this point. They have been responding to emails on a timely basis.

They're just new here in the Philippines but I already proved that they are a legit paying website. I recently joined for a juice testing and I received my $5 gift card earlier. Not sure though if all testers will get to have that or they raffle it. Hope you'll have more available tests for us and it would be better if we can opt to have a card or PayPal credits.

Originally I did a review in July and unfortunately due to some tech issues the company didn鈥檛 pay and didn鈥檛 see numerous attempts to contact them. I rated them 1 star and left a pretty scathing review pretty much everywhere I could thinking I was protecting others from a negative experience. After finding my reviews I was contacted by the CEO and they spent time to discuss and resolve the initial issues with me. I think they went above and beyond and the explanation seemed very genuine. Hopefully they will continue to grow and we will see more positive developments as they do!

I completed two taste tests for FlavorWiki. I was only paid for one. Got no response from them about the missing payment. As a consequence paid money out for something I otherwise would not buy. Annoying!

Flavorwiki is a great site and they respond to all of my queries. Mostly, the offered reward is more than the actual price of the product. I don't normally review but some sites appeal you to spread a good word for them. Flavorwiki is one of them.

Appalling customer service from Flavorwiki. I recently joined as a taster in the UK. I accepted their various offers of taste testings including yoghurts, milk chocolate, vegan chocolate and truffles. I also referred a friend for an advertised referral payment. Completed all tastes testing, after forking out money upfront to buy the products they recommended. After successful completion of all their requirements including uploading photos etc, I obviously expected to be paid their advertised payments for the products tested. Well, I've been paid the wrong amounts, some payments are missing and the referral payment has not been made. No response to repeated emails other than a terse first reply to say that I tested "the wrong product".
Since then there's a deafening silence from their customer service. Looks like this company are offering rewards initially, then backtracking on their offer payments and refusing to engage with their participants. I will not be using their company again, for sure. I am out of pocket as I've not even been paid the cost of products bought. Shame on you. Poor show, Flavorwiki! I would give it No Stars if I could.

They recently changed their system and are much more professional and efficient than previously. They answer fast and keep their promised service.
