Business Furniture Package. Fast friendly service. The quantity of plates and flatware was in adequate for a family of 4. Only 6 place settings were supplied. The package only included one small cutting board. The cost was very expensive compared to the quality of the furniture.

Good company that provided great customer service during the delivery, set-up and installation of the rented items.

All furniture items rented are of reasonably good to high quality. Only preference would be a greater range of selection choices of refrigerators and vacuum cleaners.

Prompt service, had a problem with a closet, they resolved it first by delivering one that did not fit my needs, and immediatly removing it from my monthly bill and settling the case. All delivered furniture was really nice and brand new.

Very pleased with the delivery which took 20 mins. Was not happy with the collection as the crew wrapped everything on site taking nearly 3 hours, when they should have taken it away and wrapped it.

Good furniture with great staff

We went on-line and selected our furniture. When we received the contract, substitutions were made without notifying us. We did not like the substitutions and wouldn't have realized they had been made if we hadn't read the contract carefully. 1) in the age of technology, take items off the website that are not available. 2) Notify the customer that certain items are unavailable and let them choose alternatives. Do not unilaterally make the decision and then fail to inform the client. We ultimately agreed to lease for 6 months and replaced the rental furniture with furniture we purchased at IKEA. That furniture was far more comfortable and and attractive.
