It is the worst flower delivery company that i ever had to deal with!
I ordered a mothers day bouquet, i payed a lot and this is what my mother did get ! A cheap and very bad one, which doesn't even have 10 pieces of flowers all together, when on the site which i did ordered got at least 12 piece of stunning flower only from a side view!
It is ridiculous that they don't even answer to you or apologize or not even talking about money back. I will make sure that every page knows about their horrible service! It is unacceptable ! I would never order from here again! And if you check the reviews i hope you won't either!!!!

Fleurop should execute regular checks of their connected flowershops! The shop in our village delivers a quality that lasts for 2 days! A bouquet ordered via New Zealand was a disappointment to the sender as well as the receiver. No value for money! The shop itself is very dirty, displays dead flowers and an overall disgrace.
Fleurop should check!!!

My son sent me flowers from Fleurop Berlin for his sister's grave. He paid 30 Euros. I received a rose that was already withered and a cheap glass for a teelicht and a small box of sweets, worth maybe 3 Euros. We complained and Fleurop returned 15 Euros.
Very disappointing and this is cheating the customer. I think Fleurop should apologise and return the whole sum. Today was the death anniversary of my daughter and there were no flowers for her from her brother.

I have been ordering flowers for my Mom in Germany for many years via Fleurop.de. I have to say that each order filled, has surpassed our expectations. They surely know how to pick these shops. Great prices, great quality, and great service. Thank you for helping me bridge the distance between my Mom and I with extraordinary flowers. I would never try another service to get the job done. I ordered a rose and some chocolate for my German boyfriend. The rose arrived promptly, but sadly there was no chocolate to be found in the package…
I wrote the company, and got a mail next day, were they apologised for the missing chocolate and promptly send the money back to me plus a 10鈧?voucher for the company. That鈥檚 service and I would be happy to deal with them again!

I ordered (way in advance) flowers for my Mum's birthday, but they were not delivered that day. No explanation was given, and I received no apology nor compensation. I will never order flowers from Fleurop again.

Very disappointed!!! my mother tried to surprise me on my birthday and sent me a plant. the delivery service could not find the adress. they did not contact me even though they had my phone number. I have spoken with several staff members from the shop trying to arrange for them to come again, they only told me to wait patiently for their response
the next day my mom has received a letter saying the product was delivered back and since it is perishable it wil be destroyed and there will not be any reimbursmentment. the product is not perishable, since it was a plant and not flowers, I do not understand why they do not ship it back or at least get a refund. very bad custumer service will not order from them again.

Terrible service, delivery was not on time and they did not even apologize for it or offer any type of compensation. Will not order here anymore and would not reccomend it to anybody.

I ordered Valentine's day flowers to be sent to my wife while she was at work. I specifically ordered the flowers to be delivered in the morning.

In the end the flowers were not delivered.

Just a worthless service, there is no point in delivering Valentine's day flowers the next day!
