I have used fleurop in other countries and did work well, in the Netherlands it just ridiculous. The do not deliver, the customer service hung the phone on me because got upset I am asking not more then I payed and they promised on phone before.

Very disappointing, do not use their services! The flowers arrived half the size of what is promised on the website. My complaint about this was ignored as they argue that "Due to COVID-19 and the consequences of this for the availability of flowers, the assortment may deviate from what you are used to from us". Obviously, this is just an excuse because they could either deliver different flowers or refund me for what was not delivered. Shame on this company for using the coronavirus to get out of their obligation to customers!

Picked them specifically because they had same day delivery, eventhough they were the most expensive option, only for them not show until the next day when the person I send them to was back at work, so they missed the delivery. We had to go after it to pick another time that would work, completely spoiling the surprise. I send an email to complain, I only got an automated answer a week and a half after I ordered that theyve been delivered to the neighbor! This is not a package!! These are flowers with a personal note!
In that same email they had the audacity to say: "we assume you are happy with our service" .
Hell no I am not happy, worst service I've ever used!!

Ordered flowers and since they offered (!) to add chocolate, wine or a bottle of Prosecco I added Prosecco. They did get back to me in time to say that the retailer did not have any. The retailer have ordered and it will only be in stock in a week! Really! Europe is the first world right? I might expect this from suppliers in Africa (where I live). The retailer should make a plan. Is it that difficult to get hold of a bottle from the local slijter? If you offer something, make sure you can deliver! Or at least add a comment to your site that some items cannot be guaranteed! Better even, drop that reseller and get one that can deliver.

i had a 15 euro credit for flowers. ordered flowers for 38 euro incl delivery. should have been the biggest size, with roses, white. i received completely different flowers than i ordered and it was not worth this money at all. when i told them, they answered that the flowers i ordered were out of stock and if i want to get it fix i should get to the shop and they will fix it for me. what a joke. i would never use this service again, you can buy much nicer flowers on the market for the third of this price. i hardly ever write bad reviews but this had no style and i was really disappointed 🙁 flowers for 38 euro should be amazing and beautiful and not what i got.

Fleurop has an amazing and fast service. Living in Texas and my mom being in The Netherlands it is hard to get her anything for her Birthday. Thanks to Fleurop it is all better now!!!!! Great flowers and speedy service!

The response time was great. The flowers were beautiful. Just a small detail. They couldn't find the address, and then they called my wife to confirm the address, but then the surprise flowers for my wife were no longer a surprise anymore.

We always order via website , we live in the USA. Only problem sometimes is with our friends address as it is very difficult to locate if you are not familiar with ZUIDPLEIN.
But the flowers are always exceptional. One year they made an error in the delivery day and repeated the order with different bouquet on the correct day. Well done.

Thank you, I am Dutch but have lived in Australia for 59 years so my ability to read and understand Dutch was a little limited, however, I was able to complete the on line order quite easily and am very happy with the beautiful flowers that were sent to my Tante. Great job 🙂

A super service and quality. The receiver told me that she had never seen such a beautiful piece of flowers. I ordered a "Primadonna bont groot"
So I would definitely recommend Fleurop!

What would even improve the service more would be a notification to the sender of receipt of the flowers.
