Hawfull service,
I booked three days in advance, I was confirmed that the taxi was on its way the exact same day I was waiting…I had a flight to catch and was far from the airport (in the night). FIVE minutes later, I received an SMS saying they cancelled my booking…. I was on my own and no taxi were available to pick me up by that time ….. THANK YOU ALMOST missed my flight

No hassle, as long as you have an internet capable smart phone to type in destination, and a credit card. Calling direct is not the best way to use this system.

This system is organized. They text you when the ride will be there – in minutes – or you can set a time, that they keep to. They let you contact the driver if your directions were misleading.

The credit card charge is correct the first time.

I keep the website bookmark in my phone. Traditional Taxis are dinosaurs that don't show and don't know you made a reservation an hour ago.

On 5/02/18 I booked a car for 5/30/18 at 6:00 AM. At 5:58 AM I received a text (after getting 3 confirmation texts the prior 2 days) stating, "Your booking with #3117299 for 5/30/18 at 6:00 AM has been declined due to limited available vehicles." I had a flight scheduled early to Hawaii and they left me no alternative to get to the airport (there was a wait on other cabs when I called for one) so I jumped in my car and had to drive and leave my car at the airport. That costs me $240.00. Before I jumped in the car I called the number on the invoice and all I got was a recording. I left a message how unhappy I was and now I am going to be stuck with a costly airport parking fee. I tried 3 more times after I got to the airport and just got recordings. I had noway to get acknowledgement that they would pay for my parking. Needless to say, they use their policy that I had to have the parking expense APPROVED PRIOR. Well, how can you get a PRIOR approval when all you can do is speak with a recording? I had to board my flight. While I was on my vacation I wrote several emails explaining my experience ONLY to be denied my parking. I am headed to court for my $240.00 dollars. Don't think this won't happen to you! I asked for their policy about cancelling cars due to unavailability and STILL NO RESPONSE. I even had to fight to get a refund for the NO SHOW and I had booked another pick-up PRIOR to this one and finally got my money for that one. If a rental car company is going to NO SHOW a person with a confirmed pick-up time and date then they need to have a REAL PERSON call those people so they can approve alternate transportation so the person doesn't get 'screwed' because they have no one to talk with at the time the incident happens. The first leg of my trip went very well. The Uber driver was communicative, friendly and on time. The return trip had problems. When the Uber driver scheduled to pick me up called prior to pickup we realized after a brief chat that he was in a different location. There seems to be some sort of communication error between the confirmation details at the Flit site, Uber, and then ultimately the driver. The driver was to pick me up in Burgettstown, PA and was 40 minutes away in Washington, PA. Different cities and different zip codes. The driver was friendly on the phone and agreed to assist me. Uber and he arranged to pick me up, anyway. This driver went out of his way to be accommodating. This was good. I am not disgruntled, not at all. For example, I was not pressed to go to a time sensitive meeting. Yet, I am curious about the accountability of such an issue, and how it may be corrected to avoid further occurrences. It could have been worse, no worries. If anyone has an explanation of what is likely to have occurred, by all means, share this with me.

The phone numbers provided you were not able to reach anyone. After several tries and left waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes to get picked up. The customer reps when you did speak to someone gave you the run around. I will never ever use this service again nor reccomend.

Could not contact driver. Tried to contact the company a number of times on the phone number provided. Was put on hold but no response. Eventually had to take a taxi from the airport. This was at 11.45 pm. I finally received a message detailing the driver but by then, I was already at my hotel. Taxi was cheaper than flitways. I have requested a refund. This was the worst pick up experience I have had and I travel frequently.

The last car we got in was the dirtiest piece of junk ever, both inside and out. Even though the driver was nice, his car was an abdolute mess full of dirt everywhere, the only reason we didn鈥檛 cancel right aqay was due to time constraints, but it was a very unpleasant trip. Not sure if I will keep using the app anymore even though the few other times I did it was fine.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. First of all, I scheduled a taxi for 4:00am a night prior and the taxi was a no show. With this said, I called to make sure my taxi was coming at 3:50am after looking at the poor reviews written about this company. I was assured that my taxi was coming and I was going to receive a text 5 minutes prior to its' arrival. I ended up getting no text and when I called about my taxi, I was told that the taxi canceled on me at 4:00am which is the time I needed a ride. This is extremely poor customer service as I needed a ride in a prompt period of time. To top this all off I was charged a 5 dollar cancellation fee for a ride that was canceled on me. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company.

I liked the idea I could book my car a day early. I had an early flight & didn鈥檛 want try to get a car at 5:00 am
