ABSOLUTE FRAUD & SCAM – STAY AWAY! Who can we report this to? Have been asking them for months to cancel my sub which I did for 1 month but money keeps being deducted from my credit card – now I have the shlep of cancelling it and waiting. These guys must be taken to task. Does anyone know who to contact to avoid them stealing from others. They must be caught. I cannot find anywhere on their system to cancel our account. Anyone know of other cyber police? We have got some folk onto them already

I would like to report Flixpress. This company has created an affordable service plan for $ 3.49 per month. When I subscribed to this plan I was able to verify that in addition to this payment I must pay an additional amount for each video that is downloaded. So I decided to cancel my contracted Plan. And what does Flixpress do? He ignores this cancellation and the following month he recharges the amount on the credit card. I insist again that we have unsubscribed from the Plan and the following month they will reload it. So the Flixpress strategy is very clear. They trust that as it is a small amount, no one will report them or take any legal action for that amount. In the end, I and many other people that I have seen on Facebook that the same thing has happened to me, we have no other solution than to cancel our credit card and use a new one with all the inconvenience that this causes. But for them it is a big business, that small amount multiplied by many people allows them to pocket a significant amount every month without problems. I have the proof, I hope you can do something to prevent other people from being affected by these unscrupulous scammers. Best regards

there is no support from them . been waiting 5 days now and nothing. their software is buggy or something wrong with it . Can't upload background pic or audio . Something to do with needing a minimum of flash 10 so no button to upload shows up and I've given up trying to reach support. Cancelled my recurring payment with paypal and in the process of refund hopefully. Sad definetly would not recommend.

These people will not stop charging me. I have asksed for two years to stop and they will not. I am cancelling my paypal accounts so that they cannot take any more money. I didn't use the platform and have followed all their recommendations, they do not answer or follow my request, there is NO WAY to unsubscribe. Beware of giving them your bank account or paypal.

Stay away, keep your money, support never responds. You pay, and then you're on your own. Go to viddyoze.com it is better…

Absolutely would NOT recommend! No way to cancel once you subscribe! No way of contacting the company!

they allow only 3 hours total render time for videos on a 70$ monthly plan .. this is a red flag that their service is overpriced compared to similar services.

My current Plan: Pay As You Go. I made one order (I bought only one template!)
But they withdrew my money from the account several times.
Unclear interface: when you make an order – they take money from your card immediately. No any confirmation, no any bills.
And they don't answer for my complains.
It is very dangerous to pay money here.

I joined Flixpress as a member and the membership fee was $70 per month. They accidentally charged my credit card twice and now they dont want to refund me the money! I contacted their customer service and they were rude. They said I clicked on the pay button twice and so they cant do anything about it. They are absolute FRAUD! Stay away!

This is a company who have a great service to offer, but..
To be a customer is not that easy, they take long time to answer support requests and they ban you on Facebook if you send them messages and comment their posts about your requests.

I still waiting for them to take care about my support request, I have waiting over a year now and I have resent the request over and over again. NO ANSWERS!

If you want to spend money on videos, find something else!

Bad service, but the site is alright. I'll give it a 2/5 but it needs very much improvements such as FREE 1 minute intros with no watermark. Who would buy an intro which is worth $10 and its only 1 minute? Nobody! Crap service.

the site claims flexible videos customization's in pro paid for pro and don't have the flexibility i need for my company promotional videos. it tells you to upload a certain size but every time i do it only crops a tiny part of the logo instead of the full logo in view or tiny piece of the picture.
overall i give the site a 4/10 the pro scams you of what your expected to have.
