Shipped my order to Canada using Royal Mail international signed service and surprise surprise, it is lost and has not updated tracking since it left the UK.

Seller refuses to resend a replacement or refund my money and tells me to keep waiting because its due to Covid 19.

Trash customer service, most likely fake reviews as well.

Avoid buying from this site. If you look up the reviews of Royal Mail international shipping you will see how bad it is. I don't know why the seller will not opt for a better shipping method for international orders or at least try to contact the courier to provide an update. All he says is "wait" I've waited for almost a month now and no progress has been made on the tracking.
