If I could give zero stars I would have. I strongly suggest not purchasing from Flodress I bought several items, none of which fit. I have been a medium size for years and rarely find a medium garment that does not fit. These were all too small, by a lot. When you request a return from Customer Service they: send you an email reply saying they want satisfied customers and ask for specifics. When you reply, they send another email asking for more specifics. Then they offer you $6 to keep the product you do not want and spent well over $200 for. Then if you refuse $6 they offer you a more 鈥済enerous鈥?$10 to keep the product because shipping cost is too high even though you need to pay for return shipping. To me it seems clear that the strategy is to wear you down with an endless chain of non-responsive emails until you get to the point that you either take their $6 or $10 or just give up all together. What a terrible experience. I connect that Flodress is affiliated with Spelesy as they have the same return (not) policy and they respond to emails to Customers Service (not) in the same way.
