Hi Team,

Last week 14th Feb I ordered one bouquet from website by online pay. But they didn't turn around on that day. next day I tried multiple calls & tweets on their twitter handle but no response. I somehow get their email address & shot one inquiry email, in replied they said " they attempted the delivery yesterday itself around 9:00PM" which was a lying statement as i was at home & they said they didn't able to find Magarpatta city in Pune what a big lie, Magarpatta city is a renowned society in Pune & anyone can find it easily.

I asked them to deliver it on 15th or refund the amount, then again they replied like . "Do you want deliver today or not ?" Is this the way they want this new customers. I believe this a big scam company & guys please stay away from these fraud company & number which they have given on their website is completely fraud as not even a single time they pick up.
Big fraud company please stay away.

If anyone can help me to refund my money. please let me know.

It鈥檚 a totally fraud company.They take your money & don鈥檛 even pay back,don鈥檛 take calls,make false claims & customer care no one responds.
Playing with emotions & money of everyone.
I am sending a legal notice & complaining to cyber cell,if anyone wants to join,more than welcome.

This is an fake site… They will not deliver your order and also will not bother to answer your Call…. Never use this site….

These people are fraud..they don't even respond to calls or mails..my money has also gone, and i wont be able to gift to my husband because i trusted these guys and ordered flower..these frauds are not responding to calls at all.

I have ordered a cake from Flora, the cake was pathetic, all melted material they have delivered. And when I have done followup I have not find any reply from their end. I would say worse site.

I was surfing for diwali gifts and came across flora passion india. They have amazing collection home decor items, ethnic wear, festival gifts etc.
I ordered shadow tealight of laxmi mata. I found it quite unique. I received my product within 4 days. It looks so beautiful, crafted with pearls & bells. I had never expected that i will receive exact product in such low cost. You guys really have nice products in your online store.
