Valentines – Birthday flowers were delivered to my daughter in Germany frozen, wilted and broken (frozen stems break really easy). In addition, the card was blank (did not include my personal message to my daughter). Multiple message sent with no response to date. I'm so embarrassed and ashamed to have used Floraqueen. I should have listened to all the negative reviewers. Shame on me.

Avoid FloraQueen at any cost !!!! You will get only dissappointments.

The problems with Floraqueen are :
– The website make many promises, but Floraqueen do not act efficiently and professionally,
– No commitment to customer delivery,
– Answer to customer request with 3 days delay,
– No contact by phone is possible,
– Sending reminder for prompt delivery do not trigger any action in Floraqueen
– No sincere apologies send to customer from Floraqueen,
– Etc鈥tc鈥tc鈥?br />
Furthermore, if I have a look to my delivery history with Floraqueen, the failure rates of in-time delivery is more than 50%, and is getting worst and worst in term of increasing delay and bad response鈥?

And FloraQueen proposal to compensate those errors鈥? is a 20% discount on my next order !!!!!

I ordered from this company only to have it not arrive. Tried calling the number provided ALWAYS said that the network was busy. No customer support. The flowers were for my lovely girl in Russia. DO NOT use this company they are a definite rip off. Worst I've ever come across.

The order was delivered on time and to the correct address. The arrangement was nothing like what I had ordered. I spent $135.00 and the order looked cheap and did not even resemble the arrangement ordered. It was for a family funeral and I felt terrible about what they received. I contacted customer service 3 times and never even got a response. Never again.

Try another company, this one is a complete failure.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 7th. By end of day on 8th, undelivered with no communication from them. Friend was leaving the office the following morning (these were a thank you), so I attempted to cancel the order without expecting a refund. Finally received an automated reply saying flowers would be delivered on the 10th. I sent three subsequent messages to cancel and received the same vague auto reply. Friend arrived back in office to find a box of dead flowers on his desk. Huge waste of time and money. Non existent customer service.

If you ever want to surprise your beloved ones on exact date seek for other provider. My aunt never got her birthday present although I had ordered the same 7 days in advance and had left the contact number. The ignorant customer complain department from this company is giving a poor explanation and no one is taking a blame or willing to take responsibility for service lapse. Save your money and nerves for the serious company which is well organized and have properly trained staff and don't get fooled by their marketing propaganda.

After missing delivery by 10 days, not communicating on time upon request to avoid the mistake, they now come with all sorts of stupid excuses why we can't cancel, can't get refund and still don't have flowers. Only action they come with is – go get them yourself…really? Fly from California to find some flowershop to give to my 80 year old Mother??? Check the picture of the order status with today date: Its STILL in preparation???

DONT USE FLORAQUEEN, THEY CHEAT AND LIE!!

zero service, despite checking fraudulent filters, its said to be legit. No flowers , no delivery, no info on new delivery date. Their business model and service is lacking. Please do not believe the hype. Contacting my bank immediately .

the item was ordered 3 day before The Delivery, Special Occasion Day, a 50th Birthday. I received numerous emails during those day, promising excellent delivery on the day. Well, it never happened, it cost me and my family 67 euros to learn the lesson: never ever use FloraQueen again. In the past I always used Interflora,5 stars service, I have no idea why I wanted to explore this company. But it is OK now, I'll never use it again. Dear FQ be happy with the money, I'll tell all my friends about this poor service you offer.

Terrible company, terrible service. I ordered a bouquet online to be delivered to my girlfriend. It never arrived without them even informing me. The delivery was automatically canceled after two days. When I contacted them using their customer service, it took them more then 24 hours to answer each time. Would never use their services again. Stay away, and keep your money!

I'd like to share with experience with this company. I placed an order at June 19, paid for special delivery, cause I need to do delivery on my mom birthday at June 22. They didn't delivered nothing at June 22, and after conversation they delivered flowers at June 24. Half of flowers were dead and another half wasn't fresh at all. I don't recommend this company, they have poor service.

DO NOT TRUST this website. I ordered the flowers a week in advance. No delivery, late delivery, delivery date changed without notifying you. No way to contact them with a genuine resolution reply – just automated reply. There are occasions that happen only once in a life time. It鈥檚 ruined now because of this incompetent company or worst, possibly fraudulent website.

DO NOT TRUST this company or website. Just like the other reviews – no delivery, no communication on delayed delivery, no way to contact them for genuine resolution other than some auto-response. There are occasions that come only once in a life time. This company (if there is any at all) just ruined it.

I give them ZERO ZERO ZERO stars. Ordered flowers and chocolates on May 14, for May 30th, never delivered To Cebu, Philippines. Sent the Flora Queen inquiry forms/emails over 10 + times but no response. This is a Fake site!! STAY AWAY!

Flora Queen delivered flowers in a shattered vase. Flowers died 24 hours later. Impossible to get a hold of someone for a refund. I have sent 5 emails so far and all I get is an automatic reply. Do not purchase from this florist service.

Completelly AWFUL!!!!!!
I have ordered flowers in spain for my mother"s birthday. I am currently living in Australia. To my surprise the flowers did not show up at all, not on my mothers birthday, not on following days. Wrote couple emails and no f answer.
There is no phone number that this guys can be contacted.
Have asked for a refund and no respond.
So frustrating … don"t know how this business is still alive with this type of service.

Ordered a delivery for birthday of my sister. Tracking that I recieved via email didnt work. On my requests to their support there were no responses for 2 weeks and than got responses which didnt answer any of my questions. Now it has been more than a moth and delivery didnt happen. I Wonder how such a company still exists… I think payment providers should not support them as they only take money and dont provide any service.

This is a complete shame. I haven't seen my boyfriend since January due to the current situation and these thieves take advantage of people's big hearts to fool you. My order was late for 5 days and no one said a word. After insisting in trying contact, they answered there was an error with the delivery (which never happened, they were lying!!!), and the flowers would be delivered ASAP, and of course that never happened. Lies and lies. Please don't do the same mistake as me and dont get fooled by these idiots

Total rip off ! There are issues with the website and when things are going wrong they are really difficult to get on to. By the time you do, they basically say "bad luck" keep the money – No replacement or refund ! I will never use them again.
I don't have a photo, as the flowers ordered never arrived.
