Unethical, took the money, never delivered, stopped replying. Their website needs to be reported as they have scammed a lot of people, so this is clearly deliberate theft.

FRAUD!! They cheat customers!!! I ordered flowers for a friend in Munich and they were never delivered and they don't answer me about it!! I want my money back

This Company is a Scam, I order flowers to be sent to Switzerland and they did not arrive. No call are answered and they sent me an email saying that the flowers were delivered, but the person did not get anything.

Avoid this company and report as a SCAM..!!!

Evitate assolutamente di fare ordini con questa azienda. Ordine fatto il 12 febbraio 2020 per consegna San Valentino. Dopo il pagamento, sono SPARITI. Nessuna consegna, nessuna risposta a mail, al telefono (ufficio di Milano e di Roma), nessuna comunicazione. L'azienda ha due siti fotocopia, MARIA FIORISTA E FLORAMAMMA. CAREFULLY avoid placing orders with this company. Order made on February 12, 2020 for Valentine's Day delivery. After the payment, they disappeared. No delivery, no reply to email, calls (Milan and Rome office), no communication. The company has two copycat sites, MARIA FIORISTA AND FLORAMAMMA. They are fake! They don鈥檛 have a mobile phone o have paid 100 euros and they sent a 30 euros flowers!!! They will be reported everywhere it鈥檚 a scam

Flowers didn't come on time for Valentine's Day, phone calls were not going through, the day after Andrew Carrano from Floramamma wrote me blaming that the recipient refused the order while the local florist – who is about to execute the order – called me to confirm the order. Simply lying. Don't trust this service to deliver on time !

They delivered my order on the right date in the evening. I'm grateful!
Before that I nearly lost my hopes cos I read the reviews just after I placed the order worried that the website might be a scam, I tried to call them several times but failed, the customer service phone numbers on the website锛圛 called US, Rome锛塪idn't work at all! I called and got cut off right away, before someone answered it. On the delivery day, the delivery person didn't read my Delivery Note. and I haven't received the email as the website said that they will inform me when it's delivered.

If there zero star I will give them zero they are SCAM and cheaters they took my money and they didn't refund it until now and they not responding calls or emails since Christmas they promised me after the delivery was not done please NEVER USE FLORAMAMMA.

I think I was happy that they finally delivered, 2 days after I requested. It鈥檚 was the other bouquet than ordered and the other bear but … fortunately my text in the postcard ??? it鈥檚 pity I鈥檝e found reviews after I ordered.

The website is excellent as I ordered flowers. However there are no delivery tracking and even delay custom service through emails.

I placed an order which went through, this more than one week in advance to the delivery date. Now more than five days has passed, and Floramamma have failed to give any reason why the flowers (still) haven't been delivered.

ordered some flowers from UK for Sweden with plenty of notice. Weren't delivered on the day and was given some bull crap excuse, was offered refund that I said yes to, but hasn't turned up! same as everyone else, no one answers calls or emails – AVOID AVOID AVOID, don't believe the 'good' reviews' either and if I could give no stars and a middle finger, I would!

Another bad review. The same thing as everyone wrote here – no flowers, no money, no answer, nothing. NEVER USE THEM! I鈥檓 surprised that they are still in top list while googling flower delivery in Europe. How that can happen?

They did not deliver the flowers on the day I had ordered the delivery although I placed the order 5 days ahead. After contacting them in the evening they said there was a problem in the flower shop.The flowers were delivered on the next business day, but they barely looked as the flowers on the picture.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister in switzerland after just coming out of hospital on wednesday, they weren't delivered. I've rang the london office countless times no answer, I've emailed them and on my last email I told them I've contacted the fraud department and the police and yesterday I got an email saying the flowers will be delivered on Monday November 18. I've given them an ultimatum deliver and send me a confirmation email as proof and I've said fraudulent investigation is still going ahead!!! Will see what happens!! But everyone PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! PS wouldn't even give them a star, but had to in order to write a review!!!! 🙁

the flower that i ordered yesterday, today is delivered to my daugther which is totally different that i ordered. additionally it doesn't look like a flower !!!! i strongly do not recomment this company, they event dont reply their phones

All good! Flowers delivered as promised, look almost as on the picture 🙂

The was some misunderstanding as local florist delivered the flowers to the recipient's parents (turned out to be their neighbor and old friend), thus for more than a day I was trying to find out where the flowers are. However the support team was pretty responsive (although impossible to get through from the first attempt) and patient, reassuring me every time that everything is okay.

Would be good to establish a better connection between the local florist and the support team though.

I ordered on July 29th – 鈧?23.00 on flowers wine and chocolate to go to Finland… never arrived… upside is I purchased through PayPal and today 19th August My refund has Just been processed….
if you鈥檙e able to – lay a claim on PayPal.
Hopefully this site gets taken down.

i have ordered flowers for my sisters birthday in switzerland for 100鈧? Of course no one picks up my calls, no one replies to my emails… flowers were suppossed to arrive on friday, today is monday and still nothing..

UPDATE GUYS!
I have written them emails, threatening with police and lawyers and you wont believe…. i actually got a reply and a refund!!!

I ordered a flower for my girlfriend birthday and it was never delivered, the phone number is fake from UK and the website is mentioning there address is in Italy … the actual IP address for the site is from India
