On Friday 28.08.2020 i ordered a package flower and wine to be sent for 60 year aniversary of a very good friends. The option to be delivered next day 29.08. was available and after payment received email confirmation with my order and delivery date !
The aniversary was on 30.08 on sunday so i wanted to received the gift before the ceremony!, thats why searching and found Flora Queen and the fact they say they were able to deliver at my request date i choose them.
The package was delivered on 02.09.2020 without any explanation. Of course it goes without saying the surprise was ruined and no mather if the package was a good quality or not, the fact they take your money and after they deliver when they want is totaly unprofessional !
I try to contact them by email or internal mesage but got no answer.
Very bad experience when the surprise is everything and after it mathers the gift!

Amazing flowers, however the bear didn鈥檛 look anything like the one I chose and I ordered a large chocolate and got a small one delivered. Probably won鈥檛 use them again.

We had several issues with the delivery but Floraqueen assisted us. We finally managed to get the delivery on time and the flowers were beautiful and smelled wonderfully.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – no phone number listed, no tracking system in place and the delivery which was planned for a birthday is late with no excuse email and no idea when the flowers are going to be delivered. REALLY BAD SERVICE and extremely disappointed so far.

Desappointed by the size of the real bouquet compare to the photo.

My flowers (order number 66738721) were never delivered, I have repeatedly asked for a refund but it is impossible to reach anyone from the company. I have been trying to get in touch since early May. Not only did my friend not receive her bouquet but I have been robbed of 76 euros.

Poor service.I sure wasn't impressed with how the order was handled. No answer despite numerous emails.Order was supposed to deliver on 26th May but till date still show in transit. I wonder whether they have sent to outer space!

I have ordered from this company a chocolate gift on the 19 thr of May and it was supposed to be delivered on the 25 th of May. But it is still not delivered yet even though I paid 7 euros for the delivery fees. And until now it is showing in transit not even out for delivery yet. I contacted the customer service many times. But no one answers. I want to know when it will be delivered and I want a refund for the delivery fees!!!!!!
I am very disappointed by their service and I hope my gift get delivered soon.

Late delivery and flowers absolutely not fresh upon arrival. What a shame to offer such flowers to your own mother. Better not offering anything.

Ordered flowers for my dad funeral which happened wednesday.
So I ordered the flowers to be delivered on tuesday.
On tuesday at 3pm, the flowers were still in preperation in Perpignan. no way I can get them delivered to Belfort for tuesday.
Of course they arrived wednesday after the funeral.
Terrible service and terrible company.

Website for tracking doesn't seem to work.
Congratulations Flora Queen, you messed-up perfectly. Thanks for nothing. I shall require a full refund and never use this company again.
