ordered 24 red roses with seasonal white flowers cost 拢56-95. Twelve roses[ which were well past rheir sell by date] arrived with no sign of any seasonal flowers. They were in a cardboard box, with no attempt at artisistic arrangement, and I have still not been able to get a refund.

Flowers-for-all-occasions will promiser 'fresh affordable flowers' and fail to deliver. If the purpose of ordering flowers is for a pleasant surprise on a special occasion or for comfort following illness or bereavement, this company will add insult to injury. Late deliveries – I am still waiting 3 days after the event. Terrible Customer Service, a string of excuses and further broken promises. I will be reporting www.flowers-for-all-occasions to trading standards, their efforts to deliver deliver are woeful.

I ordered flowers for delivery on Mothers Day.Payment was taken through a payment server but no confirmation of the order was emailed to me. After 2 emails(no replies received) & wasted calls to customer service (it's only open till 5pm) I had no idea whether or not my order was received. Mother's Day came & went-no flowers delivered. Company was contacted on the monday & they were very apologetic & offered to re-deliver flowers on wed 6/4/11. Guess what that hasn't happend either. I would urge anyone thinking of using this site not to!!!!! By the way you cannot write a review on their website only read some really good ones, I wonder why!!!!!

Well asked for flowers to be posted for valentines day. I made payment online the day before and was worried about the reviews I read later. The flowers did not get there for valentines but the next day. I haven't seen the flowers but the recipient says they are fine (not sure if they're just being polite? lol) Anyway I tried to phone them many times and when I did finally get through they said they did try posting on valentines but there was no answer….and they don't feel confident leaving them with a neighbour…so besides late delivery it's 50/50 from me.

I cancelled the bouquet and balloons for my Mother due to my Father dying.
Three months later I am still awaiting a refund. Even a replacement bouquet would be acceptable.
I don't think they know what Customer relations are.
No substance to this company – avoid

A successfull outcome but it took 8 days and the event had passed, very dissappointing. My sister shoud have had the comfort of the flowers on the day our mother was burried but gt them 8 days later.

I ordered a Bouquet of flowers fairly late on a Friday afternoon and they were delivered by midday the following day.
The bouquet was larger than i was expecting for the money, the flowers were fresh and my girlfriend absolutely loved them.
I would definetly use flowers for all occasions again.

Purchased a flowers and gifts package for my wifes 50th birthday and to have them delivered to her work place as a surprise only for them to be incorrectly addressed and as a result a day late in her receiving them. The gifts were good and as expected but the flowers were old, wilting and certainly not fresh. Despite 3 emails to this company about the problems I have been ignored completely. They have a 100% guarantee sign on their website and all I can say is 100% no guarantee is really what they should be advertising

Flowers (& supposed chocolates) were delivered to my Father's house. He had been kept in hospital earlier & his neighbour found the 'flowers' leaning against the wall. Most flowers were on their last days life, one had no head & the chocolates were missing!!
I have been calling & writing letters to Mr Crouch since the beginning of 2010 with no response. My Father is no longer with us & I'm allergic, so 'a replacement bouquet is not suitable'.

I order some flowers for my mothers 70 birthday to cheer her up as she had recently lost my step father a few months before. We brought the package with flowers balloon, teddy and chocolates. No chocs or teddy were delivered when my wife telphoned them there was no appology just some excuse that they had ranout of chocs and teddy bears that week. They then said they would send them out again weeks laters nothing came so called them again – same old line yes we will send them out – nothing has ever came. This company sholud be on Watchdog – its time for this Sh–t rip off company to be exposed – come on guys lets take these cowboys out
