First time but not the last sending flowers and vase to newly moved to brighton people. Quick service, sent photos to me of what the flowers looked like, and know this was correct from photos from the person I sent them to, perfect!!

My daughter was thrilled with her flowers. I had ordered them at 9pm on a Friday and they arrived the next afternoon although I hadn't expected such speedy service with the current situation. So lovely to have been sent photos of the flowers which were sent. Many thanks.

The person I spoke to on the phone could not have been more helpful! She listened to what I wanted and found a way to make it happen – it felt like the best personal service, with a smile. I would highly recommend on the basis of my one phone call.

It was important to me to have a funeral floral tribute that reflected my Mum as an individual. Ramune took a lot of time to speak to me on the phone to learn about my Mum, and to suggest flowers that reflected her life and style. I loved the arrangement we got. It was effusive without being ostentatious. It looked like a couple of stems picked from every holiday and special day my Mum enjoyed – thrown as an armful over the casket – which was exactly what I鈥檇 wanted. It drew a lot of positive comments on the day. It was an important focus point given how many people had to share the day via photos because of COVID restrictions.

Really beautifully arranged flowers. Excellent service, I appreciated the confirmation of delivery, and thought that also receiving a photo of the flowers and the name of who arranged them was a really nice touch. I will use the company again, and have already recommended them to friends.

Wanted to send my friend some flowers at short notice. Flowers unlimited were brilliant. They took my orders over the phone and were delivered the same day. Unfortunately my friend didn't answer so flowers unlimited left a card and delivered first thing the next day.

I was recommended this company by Amex for sending fruit baskets nationwide. They could not assist with a last minute request from work for same day delivery but offered the alternative of sending another item and they were very helpful and the item got there in time.

Flowers were beautiful. Friendly helpful staff, and delivery when requested.

We were happy with the flowers, some less common, but felt the addition of a delivery charge from Hove to Hangleton on 拢65 of flowers rather unpalatable.

Last minute order for my wife for Valentines day, in that panicky way blokes do. Order process (phone) easy, straight forward, and quick – lovely staff. Delivery arrived when stated, wife super happy with the Roses, which then makes me happy, as I'm then potentially on a weekend pass with the lads…

Nice touch was getting an email with the photo of the flowers as well, unexpected, but useful as I'm up the other end of the country from home for work. Nice work Flowers Unlimited!

Perfect Christmas trees every year! Such brilliant service too including delivery and pick up. The man who delivered our tree not only bought it upstairs to my flat but helped me assemble it in our stand, made sure that it sat correctly and offered advice on how to make it last as long as possible!
