I ordered the "Sahara" cactus arrangement as a gift for a friend and what was delivered was not as nice as the one pictured online. While I couldn't get a hold of anyone at first, when I finally did the owner explained they were having email problems and made a special trip to my flat to fix the arrangement. Very impressed with their customer service to correct an initial mistake; I would recommend them in the end.

Always great service!!!! I tried one other florist and was no where near as happy with my order. I will always use Flowers 24 hours for all future flower deliveries. Thank you for the great service!!!!!

so disappointed, spent $143.00 on a gift that arrived late by one day for my grandad who is 88 years old. No notification of late arrival, I live in Australia, an email would have sufficed!! Flowers were dead, order was not complete, missing helium balloon!! No apology nothing, they've have offered me a 10pound refund and never answer my emails for several days, oh and keep spouting there terms and conditions which I agreed to prior to me buying. Don't buy from these jokers!!!

Disgraceful attitude by this company. My husband ordered premium pink roses and ordered 36 of them for my birthday last week. What arrived was wilted old flowers of coral colour that looked like peonies, not premium best pink roses.

I complained, took pictures and sent them to Lesley. She said she'd speak to the manager and get back to me. This never happened. I called yesterday, they said speak to Will, the manager, she said he was leaving, I did call this morning and they have done nothing. Will said after a long delay he would need to look into this and speak to a manager, saying that 'it will take a while' then silence. They also did not offer an apology and said they are within their right to send different flowers to what we ordered.

We wasted 拢100 on the wilted bouquet. Avoid like a plague. I have never had an issue with a flower company before. Spoilt birthday a bit.

at first i thought i had been scammed because i could not get them on the phone but then they sent me an email saying that they received payment and is processing.They also sent a link to track the process. the next day the flowers were delivered and were even more beautiful than what i had seen on the site.

My partner paid premium Valentines Day prices for a same day delivery, but the flowers arrived ONE DAY TOO LATE!! I called Flowers24Hours customer services throughout the day for an estimated delivery time – first I was told sometime early afternoon, then in late afternoon I was told they were still making deliveries to City office addresses, and would be with us early evening. I even stayed at home to make sure I did not miss the flower delivery. Still no delivery by 9pm, so my partner bought me a bouquet from a street vendor instead. The flowers turned up with a sheepish delivery man the morning after, who apologised and said to get in touch with customer services for a refund. Customer services however say the delivery man attempted delivery late on Valentines evening (which I do not believe as we were having dinner in and nobody rang the doorbell) and refused even a partial refund. Also the flowers must have been in some stuffy van overnight as they'd already wilted by the time I received them. If you are going to pay premium prices for same day flower delivery, use another company instead!!

Pleased with service, arrived on time, good communications with the company. Liked that I could order a bottle of gin instead of just chocolates to go with it!! My missus preferred that! 🙂
