The box arrived, excitedly it was opened, wow, the flowers were better than FANTASTIC.
It was as though they had been just been freshly picked and handed to me.
I have never received flowers through the post so perfect before and I would wholeheartedly recommend Flowersbypost.com

I would give this zero stars if I could. I have used this company quite frequently over the years but I will never use them again. I bought 3 different bouquets for 3 different people which were supposed to be delivered on 21st December. Luckily, one of them arrived on Christmas Eve which was her actual 50th birthday. The 2 other bouquets were ordered on 16th December with a guaranteed delivery date before Christmas as they were for Christmas presents. 3 days after Christmas, I am almost 拢50 out of pockets with no flowers arriving and you can't get through to talk to anyone. They just put a message on repeat even though you can hear people chatting and laughing in the background. I have sent emails, messenger messages about getting a refund but no joy. Nobody will pick up the phone and talk to you so, not only am I out of pocket but now my friends think I didn't care enough about them as the flowers haven't arrived. Shocking customer service.

I ordered a large bunch of freesias last Wednesday, received confirmation of despatch (1st class post) the next day, however the flowers were not delivered until the following Monday (5 days) after a long, hot weekend and were, unsurprisingly, dead. There is NO contact phone number for this company! The only way to make contact is by email. The response is extremely slow and poor. They have failed to accept any liability and after one email, they have gone silent. I feel misled and cheated. My elderly mother has received a gift of dead flowers, leaving me not only sad for her but extremely disgruntled and angry and this company's attitude. They seem unwilling to make amends, despite their so-called "guarantee". DO NOT USE them! I only wish I had read the reviews before spending 拢35 with them. What a rip-off!

Ordered freesias for my elderley mothers birthday,all different lenghths and all buds fully open,they lasted less than a week,very disappointed so won`t use this company again

Flowers ordered for Valentines Day on 12th. No acknowledgement of order but did arrive next day. Unfortunately they were half dead, brown outer leaves and droopy heads. Fit for throwing out only 2 days later. Worse still though, I have contacted them twice since to complain with no response whatsoever. Will never use them again and would advise to avoid.

I ordered flowers for my cousin who had been ill.They were not delivered even though I had an email saying they had been dispatched.When I contacted FBP I was told my payment had not been processed.After checking with Amex the charge was on my account.I am still waiting for a refund and apology from these people.I would strongly advise anybody thinking of using this company to avoid them.

I need to update my review.As soon as they were aware of the non delivery they credited my card and emailed me to that effect on21st Nov
The same afternoon I received an email from the recipient to thank me for the flowers.Unfortunately she was going away on business for a few days so gave the flowers to her neighbour I don't understand what went wrong but I am now happy with the service.

We love Flowersbypost.com and have used their services time and again. The products are great value, delivery is totally reliable and the flowers are always of a wonderful quality, with a lovely seasonal selection on offer.

Most recently, we sent some flowers to our 12-year-old niece for her performance in a show, but when they didn't arrive we discovered we had got her address wrong! Flowersbypost.com sprang into action to replace the flowers for us, even though the fault was with us. They included our original card and some extra foliage, and the flowers arrived quickly afterwards – a full, brightly coloured bouquet that delighted our niece. Thanks again team! We'll be back again soon.

We have used flowersbypost.com (based in Jersey) at least six times; for each other and for family and friends. Every time they have arrived on time, well packed, as described, and beautifully fresh.
They offer a good range of bunches, according to season, and at competitive prices.

Ordered yellow roses for my special lady ill in hospital and comimg o home. Did not advise they could not send . It was a week later they were sent. I had to contact to find out why. Then to late to source from other supplier

I ordered some roses for my girlfriend on Valentine's day which were delivered ok on the day with the chocolates too. Unfortunately the roses which looked good, but were closed didn't open up even after a few days so never actually looked like a bunch of roses.

Needless to say I was disappointed and a bit embarrassed but these things do happen so contacted customer service and explained the situation and the fact it happened to be my girlfriend's birthday the next day and suggested they sent some more flowers to her.

Customer Service came straight back to me and said they have sent another bunch for her for next day recorded delivery. Next day she was delighted with a fantastic bunch of flowers which were perfect!

Really impressed with that – Great Customer Service!!

Very well done flowersbypost. i ordered roses for my girl friend birthday and received the bucket right in time. flowers were quite fresh. packing can be improved but otherwise i am fully satisfied.
