I bought the Flowpillow at 2019 London Marathon Expo, having been suffering with glute and hamstring injury for a number of year's I thought my fast marathon days were over. The Flowpillow is the first product I鈥檝e found that really hits the spot and used it for the three days leading up to the marathon. On race day it was the first time in three years that I鈥檝e ran pain free.

I bought one of these last year at the Berlin Half Marathon and its been a lifesaver ever since. I have used Flowpillow as part of my post-run self-care routine for almost 2 years. It alleviates tension and soreness particularly well in my calves. If I skip a stretching session I can make up for it with the Flowpillow. It is also clear that they care about their customers and I was very pleased with how quickly and generously they responded to my replacement parts query. Highly recommend! I will be purchasing one for my partner as a gift 🙂

I have chronically back injury, meaning having pain every hour, every minute. I usually go to Kiropraktor ever 2. Weekend, being pretty expensive for me. Reason is that my whole back will lean to one side, due to pain an trying to move as painless as possible. Been using this flowlife heat machine for 2-3 weeks now, and I still don鈥檛 need the Kiropraktor, I wish I had heard of this machine a lot earlier. Life saver!!

Tried the Flow Vibe and really liked it. Perfect as preparation for training and recovery when having sore muscles. Will never use a normal foam roller after trying this one.

The flowlife massage pillow is the first massage device which is really worth while to use! The first one I use nearly every day and which works at each part of the body very well.
Additionally the customer service of flowlife is incredibly good. I had a problem with the fabric of the first pillow – and got a replacement very speedy and without any problem. After a while, however, the new one showed the same problem. I asked whether an update version was already available and I received that one without even any payment. This is real customer orientation.
Try it out – it is worthwhile!

RECOMMENDING THIS SO BAD, have both the flowpillow and flowfeet ??

It鈥檚 important to take care of our feet. I play professional basketball and practice twice a day 5 times out of 7 + games on top of that and one of the best feelings for my feet is the 鈥渇lowfeet massager鈥?it does wonder and I would recommend it to anyone, not only a sports person.

And the flowroller is my new best friend. I start every practice and finish every practice with my flowroller. Used it for 2 weeks straight now and it鈥檚 helping me with my recovery so much.
