Fluff heaven is a great little company. I only discovered it when my family wanted to make a switch to living more sustainably and reduce our plastic waste. this shop has made it easy. We started off just getting cloth nappies here but we now get most of their toys and household items here too. I've even started buying natural beauty products and make from them now too. the selection of what's on offer is bar none and always great to know you're supporting small local business too. I try to make ethical and sustainable choices as a consumer and Babame has really enabled me to do this.

A one stop shop for everything,fluffheaven is one of my favourite Irish companies. With a range of ethical and eco friendly baby items, toys to health and beauty, homeware and more there is something for everyone and my first port of call when shopping for occasions such as xmas. Ive always experienced excellent customer service and I love that when I buy from them I am supporting a small, family run business.

I found this store over 5 years ago when my second child was born, we purchased our cloth nappies here, I've always received top class service from Fluff Heaven, I have since purchased nearly every toy my boys have & more recently lovely lotions & potions for me! Highly recommend this family owned Northern Irish Company!

Terrible customer service. They break
EU cosumer rights. Refuse to answer emails or phone calls. In this day and age holy think they would care about their customers but they don't. I placed an item on deposit for Christmas they sold the item and couldn't complete my order after me having paid 120鈧?off it. They only refunded 85鈧?saying i had too spend the remainder of my deposit in their shop as i had used their deposit option. Even thou it was them who could not complete my order after i had been paying it off. I work in retail where we take deposits daily and we would never take that customers item unless we could guarantee that we would have it when the customer came in to pay it off. Even if we couldn't we would not dream about selling it without contacting the customer first too ask them if they still wanted to go ahead with their purchase.

Fluff heaven are always advertising great multibuy offers on well known brands and good quality nappies. It's always very tempting to buy something!

I have ordered lots of cloth nappies and accessories from fluff heaven. They have everything I need, excellent customer service and good delivery times. They also have an excellent facebook page and like to engage with their customers. On the one occasion when my order got lost in the post they dealt with it quickly and it was all sorted out ASAP! Love that it is a local Northern Irish company too!

Great customer service, fantastic products and very quick delivery

I've only bought from Fluff Heaven/Baba Me once about half a year ago, when they had a nice offer on the cloth nappy I wanted to try out. It took a week before I was contacted that an extra ordered item was not in stock, but after that my delivery arrived within two days and I am really pleased with it. I can't access their website anymore since due to my virus program Kaspersky blocking it, otherwise I would probably have bought more from them.

I love fluff heaven. I've been using them for a year now. They have fab offers all year round and a great range of cloth nappies and accessories. I've always received my goods very quickly too.

I love blueberry wraps so decided to get some more and Fluffheaven had the best price! They were posted very quickly.

I am happy with the shop. Prices are good (I got several of the deals), the order was dispatched and delivered quite fast.

Fluff heaven has some good deals on nappies, I bought some wraps which I couldn't get from any other site and needed them ASAP for my newborn. I ordered with express delivery which cost over 拢6 but my parcel took several days to arrive. I complained and was given a refund on my delivery charge which was good. I didn't receive any order confirmation or dispatch note which I didn't like. I'm not sure I'd shop with fluff heaven again but their offers are very tempting.

Everything I've bought from this site has been of very high quality, and the delivery has always been extremely prompt. When I have contacted them, they've been quick to reply and very helpful.
