Dont buy online records and cds from Fnac.
They send wrong items. I bought vinyl and they sending cds.
I bought cd with vinyl single but they send a cd.
I bought a lot of records vinyl many have small bends other worse.
I bought offers buy 3 pay for 2. Then they cancel one of the record/ box but they are not refund you.
When you write to them they send a message that they got you complain but nothing happens.
This is the worst service ever.
I am still trying to get my money back.
But I will never buy again.

I ordered a new Asus laptop 2 days ago and it arrived as soon as they said it would (if not sooner because of corona).

I saw a lot of reviews here that were negative so i was worried i would not receive this, however i think a lot of them are for goods from 3rd party sellers so its different when buying direct from fnac.

Only thing with mine is that the online tracking has not updated even though it has arrived.

Bought a phone in September.
It arrived late so I couldn't get it in Spain before I moved back to France.
I exchanged countless message with Fnac and the seller and my phone is still blocked in the customs before being sent back to the seller 4 months after I bought it.
I tried to contact Fnac.es but there is no possibility to contact them on the website.
Horrible experience with them. I recommend not to buy from them.

The worst online shopping experience
They posted an origin (Spain) and an estimated delivery date for a product and as soon as I bought it they changed the origin to China and increase the delivery estimation date.

The worst online shopping experience of my life. 2 months ago I ordered a mobile that was supposed to arrive after 10-15 days. The first one never arrived so they offered to send another one and it also never arrived. Still waiting for my money back. I don't know how the company continues to operate. Disasterous!

I ordered an action cam. The quality was very bad and the function written in the description f.e. touch screen weren't existing. To return the product you have to "try" to talk to the vendor you used at the marketplace. There is no phone number working and the service seems very not serious. Let's hope someone will answer me (company: klack).

I bought a HP laptop at FNAC not long ago. Start to have problems with it, becoming slow to the point that I got hard drives damaged. Had to buy a new one but this started to be recognized only intermittently by the right drive entry meanwhile the left drive entry was working perfectly. Took the laptop back to the shop describing the situation and showing what was happening with the laptop…They tested in front of me with their drives and always worked, but not with mines on my laptop. Stayed with it for testing for 5 times always saying their tests had no errors. However when I got home I always had the same issue. Had to return the laptop 5 times back to the shop, they always kept it for nearly 3 weeks, no laptop was given to be used in the meantime. On top of that the system run used to take nearly 36h… after the 5th time it was mysteriously reduced to less than 2h…No report was done in what was in the laptop before but there was a malicious software for sure installed from the shop clinic that was detected when it was sent to a different one.
Once out of the 5 times I was showing the guy what was happening, one driver picking the USB hard drive and the other not and I was told that he didn't care as one of the drivers was picking the hard driver and that's all that matter for him. I could not believe it as I couldn't believe neither when the supervisor showed up and was trying to fool me by, after showing the same issue, saying there was no problem. I had to argue a lot to having him accepting that it was not working properly…To me this is completely insane and a horrible service that shows very much the poor customer service spanish culture.
At the 6th time they told me perhaps it's a problem of the HP drive entry being incompatible with the 3.0 USB hard drive…The USB hard drive says it's compatible and I'm sure it is cause I've tried in a much older tablet (acquired in a less advanced technology moment) and have no problems with it.
I went mad for all the time lost with this issue. Only if they have told me the very beginning what the problem could have been.
I also called HP technical service, which is also horrible. They did not try to understand the problem, all it was said and keep repeting as a parrot was "Go back to the shop they have to repair it"!
The product is under guarantee and I already had been to FNAC repair for 4 times…
This has been the most painful customer service I ever had in my life… never had to go through a repair issue like this and have never been so fooled like this people. 6 times…. on the way I have to say I learnt a bit more about my laptop… but at a very HIGH cost.
Not being able to use the laptop for 15 weeks when the laptop has over 16 months and when I needed it is the worst experience I wver had.
I was very fond of FNAC but with this experience I no longer want to go back for IT gadgets purchase due to the crap service given… a total waste of time, energy and patience. To me they don't take their customers time seriously…

I placed a preorder for the new supersmash brothers game on switch 4 and a half weeks ago, not only did FNAC not bother sending the item they didn't bother to contact me either. They have had over a month and have done nothing, when I contacted them all they told me to do was "have some paitence" which is very rude, and have offered no solutions and are refusing to give me a refund. Please please please do not use their dishonest service, I don't want anyone else to loose their money and be stuck in a limbo where you won't get any help or answers.

Fnac es una de las cadenas de tiendas que m谩s me gusta visitar en f铆sico pero que en el online croe que le queda mucho por mejorar. Tienen todos los productos y puedes comprar bien pero la veo un tantao ca贸tica y con una gran avalancha de productos que marean. Deber铆an estructurarla mejor, por todo lo dem谩s genial.
