The initial box I received, was surprisingly a good box! Normally free boxes have products no one wants, but I find myself actually using the products I received. I have no complaints about this box or the company.

Wish I would have seen this before ordering. Canceled my box last month and they still charged me this month. Contacted them and was told it is canceled now. Asked for my money back abd was told and for the inconvenience. Buyer beware. This is unacceptable. Not worth what they charge.

Absolutely filthy company with immoral business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I wish I had read the reviews online before signing up for the 'free first box' that definitely isn't free at all – you not only have to pay for the shipping, but they won't let you cancel without paying for a full month's subscription! I am still at this point trying to cancel and waiting for a response. If I can stop even one person from ordering from this company by writing this, then I have done my job. Awful, awful, awful company.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!! It's taken over 50 emails and 3 extra payments before I finally got paypal to cut them off. Still waiting on the arrival of the fourth box I was charged for, it shows they were unable to deliver it so usps destroyed it????? Never heard of that happen before but they said they would resend it (we shall see if I ever recieve it). I believe most of the people I communicated with through email are foreign since they never seemed to understand anything I was saying and had horrible grammar. I also don't understand why every email seemed to be from a different person, maybe if one employee kept up with my case they would have figured it out earlier. Or you know, they could have read through the 50 something emails exchanged. Frustrated this company got almost $100 out of me for products I would never buy on my own from brands I've never heard of. I could have had 4 months of boxy charm instead.

After reading through some of these reviews I feel like a lot of the positive ones are fake since every real person seems to have the same issues.

It鈥檚 first time now when I heard about the babe cosmetics. It鈥檚 not popular in our country and I don鈥檛 know why. I鈥檓 very happy that at last I鈥檝e heard about you. I loved that you offer cruelty free beauty and skincare products what鈥檚 very important for me. And I decided to try. I saw this beauty box spoilers, unboxing and reviews. It鈥檚 a cute box with beautiful packaging with colorful confetty papers inside with 4-6 full size products for more than $80 value. I鈥檝e tried ipsy, allure, boxycharm and fff box. Now I鈥檚 waiting for my first babe box. Hope I鈥檒l enjoy.

I subscribed because I thought that I was getting a FREE Babe Box, only paying $6.95 for shipping. Come to find out that it's not "free" at all. You cannot cancel until you pay for a second box is what I was told when I tried to cancel. NOWHERE did I see the conditions of receiving said box. Very dirty and deceitful. On top of that, I was charged twice for the first box (S&H) and have contacted them twice so far and it still isn't refunded. My first box is set to arrive two days from now, approximately. Had I known all of this trouble, I would NEVER have signed up!!!

Signed up for a one month 'free' trial to be told I have to pay for a second month before I can cancel. This was not communicated before I signed up. I signed up for a one month 'free' trial of BabeBox on the 8th of January 2020, paying for the shipping which was $7.95 USD. On the 14th of January 2020, I saw on Facebook that multiple people had complained of being scammed out of their payment details to be charged for a second month, even when they genuinely did not want the box of cosmetics (after seeing how poor quality the cosmetics were). After seeing these reviews, I immediately emailed BabeBox customer support email to cancel my order and subscription. I was then told I have to pay for a second month before I can cancel. 'Since the BabeBox offer is two-months and grants the 1st box for free (shipping only) and the 2nd box for 29 USD + shipping, the subscription can be cancelled after the 2nd box starts processing.' This was not communicated in the sign-up process nor in any of the confirmation emails I received after signing up. After emailing, the replies I have gotten have come from Virtual Assistants and are the same message copied and pasted repeatedly. This company now holds my payment details (which they do not allow to be changed or deleted on their website) and refuses to cancel the subscription, even after I said I would ship the box back at MY expense. It states in multiple places upon signup AND even now on their website underneath the one-month free trial – 'cancel at any time'.

This company is a total scam! They send you a box full of dollar store crap then give you the run around about cancellation. They also don't have a phone number so the only way of communication is through email. They take a few days to respond which was not convenient at all. Dont bother with this company.

I signed up for a subscription in November via a promotion which allowed me to receive my first box for free and pay for shipping. Once I received my first box, I was highly disappointed with the quality of the products. The packaging for each product was cheap, the quality of the products themselves were very poor. The products look like they came from a Claire鈥檚, not a company attempting to provide reputable beauty products to consumers. I then attempted to cancel my subscription, which can only be done by emailing the company. They do not have a customer service number, mind you. After THREE WEEKS of back and forth communication and speaking with FIVE different employees from the company, not only could they not provide proof that their promotional policy required me to pay for the full price of the first box if I chose to cancel before receiving a second box, but they charged my card a second time WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Furthermore, I had it in writing no less than FOUR TIMES that I DID NOT authorize a second charge and requested to cancel my subscription!!! I have never dealt with such poor customer service, dishonest, and a downright SLEAZY and SLIMY company!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the hassle and go to Ipsy, FabFitFun, or frankly ANY other beauty subscription company because this company is TERRIBLE. What a joke of a company! The creator(s) should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for their utter lack of professionalism.

This company will not reply to your emails to cancel the subscription until you have them blocked from your PayPal or credit card! Horrible service and the products are random brands you've never heard of. Quality of products would be 2/5 and totally not worth your money.
