On 14 December my husband and I visited the folli follie store in chadstone and we were served by two ladies (Milly & Zipei) who absolutely outdone themselves with the customer service. They were very lovely and made our shopping experience one to remember. This type of customer service is what makes anyone go back to the same shop over and over. We will continue to shop with you.

I bought two rings for my daughter, they fit and she didn't like them. I returned them for a full refund as is their policy. The manageress wanted me to accept a voucher I didn't appalled that this has happened with such a prestigious company. Why are the staff not following their policy as advertised?

I have to say that after going through to head office and talking to the right person I did get my refund. Thank you
