This is a scam. The support tem will not respond to emails. Stay away!

Support always reply after at least 5 days, Support sucks, out of nowhere their support is gone… programs is also not working good for Twitter.

The worst service there is on the internet !!! No communication with the company. They do not have an email just to open a call for support and it is not possible to find where to troubleshoot. Just stay away from this worst service company in the world !!!!!

I was discriminated against. My views and deleted all of my posts and won't allow me to log in anymore. Why would the admins tell me i can express my views but shut me down? I am a black man! i have rights. One member even wanted to kill me. If you search my name you will see nothing there.

I would put a 0 star if possible.
Bot is broken (but they still take money).
You cannot setup correctly the bot since it will follow its default setting (1 single task every 5-8 minutes resulting in 10 maximum likes+follow each hour).

No need to say anything else.

Follow Liker (Paddle) lacks complete integrity. I had emails I had corresponding with them earlier in the year. Later, Their product was no longer valid with Instagram and I emailed them multiple times to cancel my subscription and then to please refund my money. They ignored my emails. After month 3 of getting charged, I emailed and searched through their ticket system. I explained that my emails were ignored and I had figured out how to cancel my subscription but humbly asked for a refund again and they refused. They lack integrity and perhaps realized their product wasn't working with Instagram's new algorithms and therefore are ok with stealing money. I don't know but because it is an international company I feel helpless and like I was scammed.

I purchased the Instagram version of Followliker. Within 3 days of using the software, my Instagram account was blocked as using third party software is apparently against their community guidelines (I could presumably carry out exactly the same activity manually without an issue if I wanted).
The only way to contact Followliker is via their ticketing system. I asked for a refund. They responded with a link to cancel the ongoing subscription but did not address the upfront fee I had paid. I raised 3 more tickets which were ignored.
I eventually used the Chargeback scheme from Mastercard. If you have paid by Mastercard, Visa, Amex debit or credit card, you can apply to your bank within 120 days of the purchase and they will simply pull the money out of Followlikers account and give it back to you. There is a little paperwork to do and it can take some time but I got mine back within a week of raising the case. I believe that Paypal also have a similar scheme.
They are obviously aware that the software does not comply with T&C's and don't care as they are still selling the product. Don't let them get away with it – get your money back one way or another!

You will get the followers yes but then lose them all in matters of weeks..at the end you spent $$ for 5% of new followers.

There is no provision to give '0' star on the feedback – else, I would have given ZERO to this money sucking & support less tool..
Day one (within 24 hours) of the use as per strict guidelines of this tool, my Instagram account was locked because of this tool..

I never write reviews but I should warn people- This software does not work at all and I used VERY conservative settings.

Follow Liker made loose my Instagram account.
I was using it very carefully and just got banned.
I requested for refund and they asked me some days to fix the problem,
When I went to say I lost my account, they marked it as solved!
what?? Solved?
I lost my Instagram and you don't want to refund me, and it's solved?

I tried the software for 6 weeks, it never worked as the Instagram anti-spam software blocked all Follow Liker actions.

I have tried to get a refund, however, my messages are ignored and further attempts to message Follow Liker have been blocked.

Absolute waste of money. I have been scammed by Follow Liker as the software does not work.

I made a made a mistake and didn't check reviews before buying. Software is totally USELESS I just lost my 177$. Your account get banned just in 10 min. I will come back to my safe ppc strategy. One last thing, F*C*K YOU FOLLOW LIKER!!!

Not sure why there are bad reviews, I also seam to be the few who have had this software work. Not 500 followers per day but a few hundred within a week or so.

Lousy company, the software stops working after a few days. Bad support. And no refund, scammers, won't be in business for long, that's for sure. Glad there was an IG update, these asswipes will close down soon and all the support reps will be out of the job. That makes me feel somewhat beter knowing that.

In the FAQs, one tip says if the software doesn't work, wait a [whole] week and try again. How about fixing the software on your end instead?

Can't believe i bought this software… complete crap and never works. Especially after the Instagram update, all my accounts got action blocked at first then disabled. After about a month and disputing the account disabled, my accounts were good. However, once trying to use this software again, it wouldn't even work. When i contacted them, they told me they are working on an upgrade…
Therefore, i literally used this software for one week before everything went downhill. Paid the outrageous initial fee with one month sub paid and basically used this system for a week.
What a JOKE, stay away and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Can't cancel subscription, take jarvee instead

Scam artists at their finest.

First they sold 鈥減ay once use forever鈥?licences which were very expensive, but seemed worth the investment.

Then, out of nowhere, they decide to add a monthly subscription fee on top of the 鈥減ay once鈥?licence fee, which in itself is already blatant fraud.

Then, they randomly deactivate licences that have not been used in a while, and to make matters worse, they delete records of you ever having purchased a licence, so when you contact support after your licence suddenly stopped working, they play dumb and tell you to buy a new licence, hilarious, if there wasn鈥檛 plenty of money involved.

This is downright theft, I hope the owner gets sued for everything they own. Disgusting.

Refused to refund me on the same day I got charged because I forgot to cancel the subscription. They will rather keep the $5 than keep a long paying customer happy. Just wow. Will not be returning to the software.

Shocking, upon signing up and paying with my credit card (a card that I never use and only use for this) I realised that my card details had been passed on to someone else as 拢350 was missing from my account. I really don't recommend giving this company a penny as you will most likely lose a lot of money. Follow liker is not one to be trusted.
