The Bean Bag is a wonderful product. The first time I sat on it I fell asleep and woke up 3am. I sit on my Bean Bag ever day. It鈥檚 very comfortable.

I would like give a review about the actual product, but it seems like we will never get it. Customer service keeps saying it鈥檚 on the way, that Fed Ex lost it, and then Fed Ex found it , now waiting for 2 more days after they supposedly found it and still no information on when or if it will ever be found and delivered. The company says they can鈥檛 give a refund because they shipped it, so they should ship another fombag but they just keep blaming Fed ex and waiting on fed ex to find it. It鈥檚 been 2 weeks now since it shipped and still no one knows anything about where it is or when it will get delivered. Every day they just keep saying to wait. This is Poor customer service. I would have already overnighted a new item to my customers and dealt with FedEx on my own. So buyer beware on shipping. If I ever get the product, I will write another review…. stay tuned! ??

Don鈥檛 bother buying. Not enough foam in the bag. Sure foam is heavy but it鈥檚 still mostly air. We bought a 4鈥?bag. It fluffs to about chair height but sinks too the floor once you sit in it. Even with 50 lb child the bag sinks almost to the floor. At least 3x more foam is needed. There are better products out there. I鈥檓 debating on returning but I will have to pay for shipping.

I don't normally write these, but this company is so good. Packaging was beyond what I expected. I bought only foam to fix a big dog bed. It is just great. thanks for a good product and great packaging.

The 2 neck pillows I purchased arrived very promptly. However the material, although the same color, did not match my original bean bag chairs (the pillow material was quite shiny and not flat in its appearance.) Also, the neck pillows were stuffed with a less flexible material than my original neck pillow and therefore were not as comfortable.

Great quality & fast shipping. I purchased a Fombag after seeing a friend's similar product. The Fombag was the best value product I could find. After submitting the purchase, the Fombag was delivered within 5 days! It was packaged well, and included great instructions.

We鈥檝e had our Fombag for several weeks now. LOVE IT! We purchased the 6鈥?Fomlounger and the Teal cover. Shipping was faster than expected. I ordered it on a Saturday and received it in 3 days. We鈥檙e currently using it as extra seating in the living room, as we have 2 young adults living with my husband and I, in our small condo and it fits them perfectly. Our cats love it too of course. They sleep on it every night now.

My only suggestion is to include reinforced handles as part of the slipcover design. Sometimes we move it around for movie night and handles would really make it easier.

The ordering process was simple, package came on time, product is as expected as I had seen one before at the OT studio. I like the removable, washable cover and the quality and density of the foam as we use ours as a crash pad. There is an unpleasant smell to the foam but it is dissipating and is partially masked by the cover. I haven't had to deal with customer service so I can't speak to that aspect of the business.

I bought the 7.5 fomlounger microsuede cover for my Big Joe XXL fuf chair and it fits perfectly and is super soft.

These fombags are sooo comfortable. Every time I sit on one I always end up falling asleep.

It was not clearly stated to us that we were purchasing bag only and bean filler is sold separately. Was a disappointment for Christmas gift.

We always purchase the extra foam so we haven't felt the fullness they come with , but I own 2 of them and they are the best! The other competitors that charge more than triple amount isnt any better than Fombag!!
