BIG SCAM FONCIA French company, The worst in France, honestly if you are ready to give some money to get scammed by this French company FONCIA then go there and you will see what you are going to get, I m French and I used to deal with much different accommodation agency but this is the worst you will ever meet if you are looking for a house. In the beginning, they are very nice people but now I know why they are just welcoming so well so they make you feel good to scam you. They are using them therms to let you know that you own them some money but its just hidden charges.
So they will charge you so much more money on the top of what you already have to payed. This agency is just a nightmare. I already know many people who are complaining about them but nobody can do anything to stop this scam agency.
Please, people, be smarter don t let them full you as they did to me. Be strong there is much more real estate agency.
