I bought 12 cans of Bachelor Peas and 2 of the cans were badly dented. They had to be dented when they were packed because everything was well packed, so I know they didn't get dented in the shipping. I would have preferred it if you sent me just 10 cans instead of 2 dented ones to make the 12 cans I ordered. You could have given me credit for the 2 cans. I didn't call customer service to report this, because I was very busy this past week.

Problem with out-of-stock. Esp. Lyons tea (note: problem resolved later). System more complicated than before. I had to provide a password, and that never did get worked out. Customer service person was ultimately helpful, but she was hard to understand, and I don't know why there was a problem to begin with — the ordering system was just unwieldy. I have used Food Ireland for years and generally have no trouble — maybe this was Covid-19 related, which messes up so much. I was pleased with a follow-up customer service response on my follow-up for the second kind of Lyons tea.

Foodireland never disappoints! It's always a thrill to get the package with all our favorite Irish goods. I have been ordering from them for several years and plan to keep doing so! The perishables come in a frozen state ready to pop into the freezer. Non perishable are always carefully wrapped and packaged. Very professional service.

There was an error made in the # I ordered on one of my items. I tried to change it various ways but could not. In the end I decided to just purchase the extra one. Many sites have a feature before you complete your order where you check the order and you can edit it before entering your CC info. That would be useful on this site.

I had no problems with FoodIreland but the deliver person left the box at the door without ringing the bell or knocking. The package sat out all night on the porch. Luckily, the food was still cold and I immediately refrigerated it. You should put instructions for the driver to knock.

Overall my experience has been fairly good. The last delivery was a bit of a letdown. The box looked like it had been used for target practice and despite it being the height of summer, no cooling substance was placed in the box which meant that most of the chocolate and biscuits had melted.

I like what food Ireland offers, but am wary of buying things again at this time of the year.

Generally I find food Ireland quite satisfactory. However I find your shipping a bit on the steep side. I think it would help if when you are out of stock on some items and can only partially fill an order you you ship the rest of the order free of charge when it becomes available.

The problem is that the food arrived completely defrosted and in fact warm. It was a crushing disappointment as I had been wanting these Irish sausage rolls for a long time. You were out for a long time. I was so excited when I saw they were on the way. I was really tempted to try them anyway but they were actually warm and I couldn't risk it! I would give you a 5 star customer service rating but i don't have the money back yet so am waiting on that.

The site was great but the manual checkout was not a good user experience, I had to go and grab my wallet to put in my cc details – how about we have some automation choices ?

Delighted you have such a great selection! Thanks very much guys! Seems to be some issues with UPS giving the wrong delivery dates so I was a bit disappointed to pay that much for shipping when they are really all over the place.

Easy to use website. Delicious food that is shipped safely. I highly recommend the large bangers (in the restaurant pack). They are dinner sized, and wonderful cooked outside on the grill.

Apart from some items being sold out which is understandable at this time, they had everything I was looking for and it actually arrived before the date originally given. Easy to use site, got a confirmation email right away.

Called first, service representative found what I wanted straight away and was therefore able to order online immediately. Shipping prices are expensive though.

This was a great breakfast basket… loved the bangers and back bacon and puddings. Our full Irish made us feel like we were there!!!
Whiskey cake was delicious as well.
Thanks for giving us a little taste of Ireland as we miss going back!

I’m only rating this as 4 stars because it seems every time I check your website you are either out of Taytos or digestives- all flavors/packs/options or both. Other than that, the service and shipping is quick.

Initially when I looked at the website it was not obvious how long a delivery would take. I called the number and got an immediate response and was given very good information regarding the delivery etc. This gave me more confidence in placing the order. Would highly recommend this service.

So very happy, wasn't able to get to Ireland this year but ordering some of my favorite food/drinks will help take the sting out a bit until I can get back over next year! Thank you!!

***********FABULOUS********** I usually have to wait to get this bread at the grocery store during St. Patrick's. Day. This beats anything I buy there. Absolutely delicious. It was packed well and sent to me fast.

Even though they stated via email that their processing would take 3-4 business days the packages arrived quicker than I anticipated.

Couldn't remove the brand shopping when I was trying to search all brands. However, I finally got everything ordered and then it was smooth sailing. I bought a number of jars of jam and each jar was wrapped in bubble wrap and they all arrived intact. All of the flour bags were in sealed plastic and they were also intact. Great experience. Can't wait to make the bread and try the jams.

I love ordering Irish and British foods from Food Ireland. My husband was from Ireland and we returned there every year until he passed 5 years ago. Enjoying the foods from Ireland (especially the 'Bangers') brings back fond memories of all those years. Thank you for providing such great choices!

Good. I'm interesting to see if its worthwhile based upon quality of produce delivered and the quality of the delivery which seemed expensive.
