Foodspring

I've ordered some products on October 5th and my order is stuck at "scanned at carrier hub" since 9th and today is 13th. I wish to post a photo of my order track but I can't.

Received my first order of sachet shakes (I cannot currently obtain low calorie shakes from my usual supplier).
Bought chocolate/strawberry/ vanilla and banana.
Made chocolate first with 300ml of water – tasted awful – thin /powdery / little flavour.
Just tried strawberry. Made with 200 ml to see if could get it any thicker. Again tasted awful – thin /powdery.
Do not waste your money trying these – worst protein shakes I have ever had !!!!!!!!!!!

I am happy with my product but coulndt use my rabat code Thats why I am not satisfied!

Foodspring is Great. I love all the Proteincream. This is the perfect chocolate substitute 馃槏. And I love the Protein Bars and the Chocolate. This is without sugar and it鈥檚 healthy, this is amazing. The Aminos are perfect drink for now and then before Sport. Then you drink it, you have more Power for the Workout.

I love the Amino drinks, magnesium an the shoko creme.
On a bad day the energy aminos push you into the next level.

So far I just had good experiences with foodspring. The shakes are very tasty and good to drink or to mix with skyr etc. Some flavors are a little too sweet for me but others are rather smooth – so there is something for everybody.
I also tried backing with Backprotein, which emproved my protein-bread a lot.

The online-shop is easy to use, I got the products very quick and there are discounts or free gifts through the newsletter on a regular basis.

In my opinion the higher prices are justified through the quality and that it matters for example how the cows as protein deliverers are treated – for that I'm willing to pay a little more.

Good and innovative products. I love the packaging design. Other companies sell products that are as good as foodspring products (for me) for a lower price though.

I have already purchased various products. These products are partly much more expensive than those of other manufacturers, but I have never had anything that did not taste excellent. Furthermore Foodspring sets a high value on natural ingredients and sustainability and therefore I am willing to spend a little bit more money for this. I can only recommend the products

I have reordered so many times and I have never been disappointed. The products have good ingredients and taste delicious! 🙂

Great products and great online shop!

I bought the Shape Shakes in a few different flavors and i can definitely recommend! They all taste so good and can replace a snack with a great protein source.
Would buy it again and again!

My name is Michael and I use the products of Foodspring for more than 2 years now. I鈥檝e read a few of the English reviews( which are almost all bad) so I decided to write it in English.
I鈥檓 from Austria and bought a few of there products, such as Protein, Magnesium, Brownies, protein Creme and many more products.
First of all the ordering and delivery:
For me it was very easy to order products, to pay for them and they came within the following 3 days. The packaging is nice although the use way to much paper to make it safer. But I鈥檝e always received what I鈥檝e ordered. I can鈥檛 complain about three days delivery, that鈥檚 really fast but anyway it鈥檚 the delivery service that brings the package and not foodspring.

About the price and quality:
Yes, all the products are really expansive and many of them overpriced. But I think the quality is worth it. The protein shake is not to sweet as many others are and they recommend a ratio where it鈥檚 not too thick what makes it smooth to drink and don鈥檛 get stuck in your mouth, the products are the same quality although some drinks like a can of vinegar is way to overpriced in my opinion.

Last but not least, the discounts many mentioned:
I haven鈥檛 tried the 鈥渞ecommend a friend鈥?discount yet, so I can鈥檛 talk about that.
But since I signed up for their newsletter, I sometimes get some discount Codes and I鈥檝e used almost all of them( because, yes they are really expensive) and I鈥檝e never had troubles with that. It always took of the 20-30%, and I鈥檝e just paid the discounted price.

I wish there would be a bigger variety of products, such as other big competitors offer.

Overall I have to say they have good products and I will keep buying at least some of them.

I've bought their protein. The taste was not good so I decided never buy again. Then I realized, that you can't simply close your account. You have to print a withdrawal form and send it to Berlin. I definitively don't recommend.

I ordered and paid for 2 items from them, only received 1 item.

Contacted them via email and facebook, got no reactions at all.

Got tricked by Foodspring.de

As many people follow my review on Trustpilot for many years, I still want to warn other people by my experiences especially what happened to me when I trusted Foodspring.de before was a lesson.

Everyone may notice some faked reviews that try to give faked reputation to push up their sales everywhere. I was the one who fell by faked review before(you know how they fake with 4 or 5 star review) I was stupid enough to believe faked reviews on their own website. The truth is in below and I also write my suggestion at the bottom here.

First, Foodspring.de sells product that are overprice(it's their old fashion marketing to mislead people that higher price should be higher quality) Unfortunately, I don't find their quality higher than the cheaper product I buy.

Second, they become more expensive(no, they don't increase the price but they decrease the amount of protein value in their package) Tricky way if customers do not notice the ingredients. My friend who stopped buying from them had all the packages and showed me how different ingredients that old and new packages had.

Third, no phone number (that customers really can call) You can email and receive bot reply(or copy and paste by a person)

Fourth, they promise on their site to give you discount if you are recommended by friend. Surely, I wanted my discount because I don't feel like trying new product that is unreasonable expensive. When I used the recommended link from my friend to buy, I ended up paying full price.

Several emails I wrote, they blamed on me for buying discount product. No, it was not the discount product I bought. I paid by credit card so it shows the same amount of payment that their product costs on their site. Too bad, Trustpilot does not have a function to show screen-shots here.

I didn't want to believe before that they blamed on me until I saw other people experiencing the same thing here on Trustpilot and on different review sites so I've decided to share my bad experience here.

Everyone who reads my review here, no need to believe me. Just trust your friends who work out in the gym. They know what to eat and drink and it still makes you healthy without ripping your wallet off. I found out later that none of my German friends buy from Foodspring.de but only one friend who is foreigner like me bought it before because he also didn't know what was good in Germany until later and he already stopped buying from Foodspring.de.

Do not be a fool like me just because I wanted discount that never happen. Do not be a fool like me just because I believe higher price is higher quality. Believe your friends and yourself. Take care guys

I can monitor the pack, when he arrive, on time, is always very elegant! I really love their product and the email communication

Scam – Friend Recommending Program

After being a customer for over a year, I bought several boxes of their product and even recommended 2 friends to buy their product thru Friend Recommend Program.

I myself don't get anything from this program except their lame upgraded customer level. You know like if you buy more, you're upgraded so they allow you to contact them by phone number. Right, quite lame. Why can't customers call for help especially if they already buy several times??

They offer people who get recommended with EUR15 discounted order. Both of my friends never receive this discount. When I contacted them by email, they said "maybe, your friends bought discounted product. Sorry this is impossible to get discount"

Maybe?? Obviously, they didn't even bother to check what happened before replying me with the robot message. Both of my friends bought normal price product. They started to be serious at the gym. As beginners, they do not want to spend much money until they know that product is worth it to spend much money for(Foodspring product is pricy)

This is scam. Here is my advise. Don't lose your friends by trusting a lie from this company. If you want to help them, show them the reliable store where they can buy Whey. I'm going to publish this experience on other media and websites to warn other people as long as they are still doing this to other people.
