Worst customer service ever. My product was never delivered and no refund has been given. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Worst ordering experience of my life. Ordered 3 items totalling over $200. Received 1 item, looked online to check for the rest it states in processing. Call to check the status and was told the manufacturer doesn't have the back plate in stock. Cool them to cancel the backplate send the pads. 2 days later still in processing. Call Xenith they tell me they have back plates and no issues with shipping times tell me to get PO number from team express and guess what team express doesn't give PO numbers to customers and everything is done by email. Let's not get of the wait times for customer service that another 1 star review in itself. I call team express to talk to a supervisor and she feeds me the same script as the call center rep. So I tell her to cancel my order and guess what, she has to email the "drop coordinator" so he can cancel the order with Xenith then I'll get my refund and because it's Friday she doesn't know how long it will take. I know it too 2 seconds for your system to take my money but you don't know when I'll get it back. I know when you'll get my next order. NEVER!!!!!!

I ordered and waited. When I still didn't have the product, I called and found it was on backorder. I have attempted to cancel the order 3 times and still don't have a refund.

I had 2 orders. One was never filled. I contacted customer service and no response, so I eventually cancelled. My next order, FA cancelled my order on me, without explanation. Bottom line, FA makes you think you ordered a product in stock when in reality they don't have it. Which is a total waste of time

I bought football pants in differente sizes and everything was ok.
But I didn't received XXL pants. I emailed them and told me XXL pants weren't on stock and were back ordered. So, mix feelings :((

I ordered for more than $250 in football gears including a helmet that was available on their website. I got all the gears except the helmet. The person on the chat told me it was unavailable and it was specified on the website. I told her I was not that stupid to order something that was not available. The solution they gave me is take another colour of cancel the order. What the $#*! ! I was responsible for their mistake. Never order from them.

The shipping cost me 49$US dollars about 70$ Canadian dollars. They have good prices but shipping its sooooo expensive that I don't think will order again. If would be between 10-25-$ it would not be bad at all. But it almost coat me same price that if I would go to a footwork or sportexpert. or somewhere else.

I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN, BACK ORDERED FOR WEEKS WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED THEN THEY OFFER A PERCENTAGE OFF (SAME OFFER PROMO THEY HAVE ON THE WEBSITE). I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET MY PRODUCTS AND HAVE SOMEONE REPLY TO EMAIL INQUIRIES.

This company has lots of products listed on their site but will not tell you it's back ordered until after the purchase. Poor way to run your business.

I placed a $600 order three weeks ago and the company is so slow to respond and still hasn't given me an update or a tracking number.

And contacting them is impossible – HAHA! 7 – 10 response timing for email contact and every time I've tried to call I've been the 60th person in line and it's taken me over an hour to get through.

These people are crooks!

I have made major purchases as well as a few minor one's through this company. The major issue is that the company itself does not seem to keep any inventory, most items ( all of them that I purchased) came factory direct. The company cannot confirm an item being in stock or when you will receive your item. You will never get a straight answer about shipping times or product availability, as they cannot be guaranteed. I purchase equipment for a youth football league and will not use this company again.

I ordered football pants for my son based on the item being marked as in stock. Three days later I get an email stating the the item was on back-order. I call about it, only to find out they don't know if they will get the item in again. They agree to send me a check. They took my money instantly when I ordered and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get it back. Also, I had to wait on hold 30 minute just to talk to someone.

I needed to order some cleats in "rare" colors and FootbalAmerica.com was the only website that claim to have had it in stock. I ordered and everything was fine, no taxes, no shipping charge for me. I placed my order at about 8pm on a Monday, I got an email at 1:30 am on Wednesday that they were out of stock of the item i ordered. but there is another shipment coming in soon and my order will receive priority among the others because i already placed an order. I called customer service and they said the next shipment will arrive in at least 3-4 weeks, I immediately cancelled my order and got my money back by Friday, but on the website, it said that the cleats i ordered were still available. So, i took it like Football America were using the false fact that shoes were available just to get people to buy them then promise that it would be in soon when it really wouldnt…Just to get some business or keep their customers.
