Absolute rubbish of an organisation. Lies, hassled for money and then never got the tickets.

I bought 3 tickets and paid in full for the semi finals at belo horizonte. They promised to deliver the tickets to my house and it never happen. Then they send me an email saying that they will send another email for me to collect at Fifa ticketing counter in belo horizonte….it never happen!! I want my tickets or give me my money back!!

Paid $1600 for quarter final tickets in Rio. The tickets were never sent despite promises by Tim Bresnan and James Bresnan via email. Does anyone know how we can seek justice in this large scale scam???? [email protected]

I was among several people scammed by www.football-best-tickets after we had paid the m fully for the 2014 FIFA World Cup tickets. I paid for 3 final match tickets since March. I received NO tickets or FIFA documentation despite 56 emails I sent demanding these. The criminals gave several assurances and shifting deadlines until they disconnected their phone and pulled them their website a week ago. The finals will take place in 8 days' time. I have no tickets, and can longer reach the company. I have reported to the Spanish National Police, Interpol, FIFA, FBI, and Scotland Yard.

They are thieves.. They never send my tickets.
How can I make contact with the spanish p贸lice??

All the positive reviews here are fake. They are all five stars, just to create a positive and impressive image of the web site. But, in fact, the site was a scam. They received a lot of Money from a lot of people who believed they would send world cup tickets. Despite a lot of promises of giving back the Money if they didn麓t send the tickets on time, nothing happens. And worse: the site was shutted down. There麓s no more Football Best Tickets online, the phone numbers don麓t answer and the guys don麓t reply any e-mail.

All the people who have bought tickets with them and are waiting for them were fooled and cheated. I don麓t know how to recover the Money sent to them, but if anyone knows, please contact me. It麓s really a shame that nowadays there麓s still such disonest people like these guys. Very sad.

Any positive review on this website is a scan in itself. Run away from this site, and NEVER do business with them !!! I paid them in full in March for 4 World Cup Final Match tickets. As at today, June 29th 2014, I have received neither the tickets nor any FIFA documentation confirming the allocation of the tickets to us. I have sent 56 emails to this scam company demanding the tickets, but have only been receiving assurances and yet more assurances. The match is about 2 weeks away, and they have finally had the gumption to ask us to proceed to Brazil without our tickets, in the forlorn hope that FIFA would issue tickets with us — with no proof of payment !!! Their number, which used to ring in the UK, has since been disconnected; their address changed from Barcelona to Malaga in these months, and my friends in Malaga could not locate the company. They are foolishly unaware that they can be located through their bank account number, IP Address, and other details. I have filed petitions of fraud against them with the FBI, FIFA, Interpol, Scotland Yard, and the Spanish National Police. Shame on them.

Even their response to my queries are filled with lies and slander..They will pay a heavy price for cheating so many people!!! the noose is getting tighter around, just watch out your backs Football-best-ticket before you get grounded for good….Adios Amigos!!!

They are a bunch of thieves! I already talked to the Spanish police!!!! All the people how where stealed please do the same, and go to the police!!!! It's the only way to try to get our money back!!!!!

Hate to say it, but this has all the hallmarks of a scam. Has anyone contacted the police about this yet, or anyone else? If so, what response did you get?

This was one great experience of my life. I only had a half hope of getting a ticket at this stage of the tournament but thanks to their very fine system management, they arranged a couple for more. I鈥檝e received and pin codes and shall hopefully receive my tickets tomorrow. Now I wouldn鈥檛 miss any more matches!

Staff at FIFA pickup points helped me in collecting tickets but credit goes to football best tickets team mates for arranging tickets and generating pin code to me on such an urgent call
