I bought a soccer Jersey on this website. It arrived with an obvious fault on the product (letter not correctly written on the jersey).
I sent the photos to the company and never had any answer. I tried to call the very expensive customer service but no one answered.
The jersey took more than a week to arrive whereas the website announced 48 hours delivery time.
