The game I have purchased tickets to was cancelled and the football club is refunding the customers but this site keeps denying my refund claim with no explanation or reasoning but only saying how unfortunate this situation is. We've seen experienced multiple weird issues with them before – like not willing to ship us the tickets or only being able to ship it 24 hours before the game.
They are untrustworthy, dodgy, their website has no way of seeing my purchase or any information about my profile and the customer service is terrible. DO NOT PAY THEM!

Everyone is suffering in these dreadful times and some companies step up and help. These heartless creeps continue to make a living while we just lose our money. I paid $800 for tickets fully knowing that I would get my money back because they have a 'Money back guarantee' if your event is cancelled, which I needed as it was a one off trip to England. They LIED. Demand your money back, it's your damn money! Why do these criminals get to keep it? As for the Credit Option? It's a well known scam because they know a big percentage of the poor suckers, like myself, ruined by covid will not be financially able to fly to the UK for years. Fight these nasty a-holes! CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY YOU USED TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS AND EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW YOU WHERE SCAMMED. A REFUND IS POSSIBLE!

We have 10 years old boy, who living for football. Last year I got sick for cancer and this year I decided that after chemo, operation… Our family deserved to go on UEFA league champions Juventus – Lyon.
I bought 5 tickets. And now – because Corona the match was canceled, and this seller refuses a refund. I am very disappointed and sad, because this is not a little money for our family, and unfortunately i don't know how I will be next year…

Refusing to give money back. Match Tottenham x Arsenal will be on empty stadium due to the Corona virus, company is unwilling to send money back. Offered voucher for the money spent, after refusal offered 110% value voucher. They present themselves as secondary market ticket reseller so I believe they actually haven`t bought the tickets at first, so there is no reason not to return money. SCAM! My beautifully thoughtful birthday present turned into nightmare and wasted money and a lot of time.

Unfortunately I've had the worst experience ever trying to refund my ticket for Liverpool Vs Crystal Palace match. I was planning my trip to England that obviously was canceled due to Covid19 situation, but they refused to refund my ticket and offered me a voucher instead even thought I will not be able to travel to England anymore not before a year or two.

I've had purchased my ticket with them ( Liverpool VS Crystal Palace ) before this coronavirus situation and when it became complicated, I asked them to refund my money because of this virus as I'll not be able to attend the match, they refused and for over 3 months was trying to get my money back with no luck and every email with a different excuse.
now, they offer me a voucher of 110% who wants to deal and buy a ticket with them again?
I'll not stop until I get my money back.

Untrustworthy, horrible handling and refused to give money back. Bought tickets for high profile El Clasico in Madrid, which were very expensive. I ordered and paid for 3 seats together in a good category. Received three tickets alright (a few hours before the match) but they were in a much lower category than I ordered and paid for, high up under the roof. Would have been at least 130 cheaper per ticket. I called and complained, but I was told that it would later be refunded according to their Terms&Cond. After that, I was offered a voucher to use for future use on their website. I said no thanks, I want my refund back as I was promised. Later they said I would not get anything. At lastly, I have been offered 30 discount, even though I can calculate that the tickets I got was 390 cheaper in total. Absolutely not trustworthy and horrible customer service. I expect to receive the tickets that I paid for. When I then receive cheaper tickets, I understand that the more expensive were not available, but then at least give me the difference in pricing back…. but no….. they keep the price difference, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Only reason I give two starts (could just as well have been 1), is that I at least got some tickets. Could have risked that I would not have gotten any, and still paid…..

Bunch of filthy liars! They advertise a 100% guaranteed delivery policy that is utterly false! Everything is fake! If your tickets are not delivered they won't refund you. They are based in Malta which is well know for having dodgy practises! Never by anything you will be scammed.

Avoid. Standard tout. Could not give my tickets or set a time until day of game so had to book flights, airbnb without knowing l could get to game. Communication woeful

Don't but ticket by this company- they will charge 70% more of the real cost. They charged me for two tickets 550- they don't want to send you the ticket to your house or by email, not before 48 hours of the game, this is because don't want you to notice on the real ticket price — which it was for each ticket REAL COST 160 each one. I can't believe. BIG MISTAKE USE THIS COMPANY.

Thieves is the least thing you can say about them.
They promised premium seats when i picked them up on their website, paid a fortune and ended up sitting last one up the stadium.
Sending a claim won't work also so do not bother claiming if you get screwed.
Never again.

My colleagues from a hospital bought me a voucher for 195 pounds at footballticketnet.com.
Unfortunately, they were not able to provide me tickets for a whole one year, and at the end they told me that they will refund me. Sadly, they have not returned me anything for 2 months, and now they even stopped communicating with me.

What a nice present from my friends, which turned out to be a nightmare.

Good service! Collecting was nearby the stadium, uncomplicated and reliable. Price was high.

Secondary market vendors. If you are buing tickets here, you are asking for troubles. Use some other marketplace.

Okay, so First I loved them, their costumer sevice was incredible, they helped me with everything! Even getting the tickets in Germany before the gameday(Dortmund-M'gladbach) wasn't a problem, we were in an airbnb so we could get it! But on the game day at 12 am we still didn't have the tickets, and the day before they told us to wait for an email. I only got one after I called them like 4x, so my phone Bill will be amazing, but ni problem we got the email about the meeting point. We get there and the carrier on the phone says to wait for 5 mins, after 10 I call him again, barely could undertsand what he says, but finally h茅 says to go to the st谩dium, not the meeting point because h茅 is there. We were asking everybody who we met if h茅 is the carrier, because there was no indicator of the person, but finally we found him, and after a while he found the tickets too. On the other hand the center was really nice, they even called us if we got the tickets! So in all, we got the tickets, the costumer sevice was excellent, price was okay, but I've never been more nervous in my life, than in that 30 minites before we finally had our tickets!

Good service! Even though there was a bit confusion in the rain and crowd noise, when we were receiving our tickets.
